    Window installment

    Great service and really experienced staff. The staff arrived on time and were very quiet when they installed the windows. They also answered any questions that we asked and provided insight on extending the life of the windows. I would recommend them for a future project.

    Window instillation

    Service was absolutely outstanding. All employees who worked on the project (Ika, Nika, Duma) are very kind and accommodating. The windows installed look fantastic and very clean. They take extra care in cleaning up and leaving the space worked in spotless. Over all above and beyond service would highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done.

    Front and Back exterior door replace/install

    Ilgar and Ovey came to install front and back doors on my house. The doors they replaced were at least 50+ years old. Rebuilt the frames and they did a great job! Cleaned up afterwards, took the old doors, and left no mess at all. ---1 Year Later Update: Oct 2020 Paul came to do final measure and expressed concern about the back porch and its structural integrity and was worried the porch could shift, causing the door install to shift and become unusable. I asked if he could take measurements on the door that leads into the porch and we could do that one instead. He measured both the inside and outside door. When ilgar and Ovey came to install on apr 26 2021, I asked if they were putting the door on the outside or inside and told them about what Paul said and they said they knew nothing about it and were installing on the outside. When the install was done, the installers told me I could install a storm door after they removed mine.  The salesperson Andrew told me during our quote I could install a new storm door.   About a year after the install, the weather stripping also started to fall away from the from the frame.  Called in Feb 2022 about the weather stripping and Albert came in March 2022 but he was sent with the wrong parts and had to reschedule.  James was then scheduled to come on May 24 for the weather stripping but right around this time, the Nordik installed door would no longer lock. I called back and spoke with Latisha about the the inability to lock the door so James came to look on May 10th. He broke the moulding on the bottom of the door while trying to look behind it.   I was called back and told the warranty was void because I put a storm door on.  I told them I was told this would be okay.  May 26 Thomas came to look at the door again and said there was an issue with my back porch shifting.     Basically, their person who came to do the final measure was either ignored when he said we should not put a door on that porch or this was one of many many employees that this company cannot retain that did not do their job by informing their employer of a potential issue, leaving the burden with the customer when something goes wrong. 4 months later, that door is still unable to be locked and moulding is still broken.   Do yourself a favour and do not use this company if you can avoid it, I have had numerous issues with this company and I have another poor review about the windows they installed.   FYI, I was locked into a contract for the windows before the door became unlock-able.

    Service lock on patio door

    Service technician cane to fix lock on patio door and was very polite and friendly. Ian was very professional and had door fixed in no time. Thank you for your excellent service Ian.

    Front door without a lock!!!

    First of all the contract was signed end of October 2020 The door was delayed until April 19th 2021!! Secondly, the sales rep Ryan was very nice and explained during contract signature that I can buy a Weiser or Schalage look and the installers will be hapoy to install it. When the installers came this Monday they FAILED TO INSTALL THE LOCK They explicitly said : WE USUALLY HAVE THESE ISSUES WHEN THE LOCK AND HANDLE ARE NOT PROVIDED BY uS!!!!! Funny!!! The lock they provide are the exact same one I was told by their sales rep to buy. I bought it from home depot for around $280. Now the sales rep called and said i either buy their lock for more rhan $500!!!!!!!!!!!! Or I get someone to install my lock!!!! Extremely unprofessional and experts in rip off

    Windows Installation

    Very professional company! The 2 guys who installed our windows were professional and told us a step by step how they were going to install the window. They were very organized and cleaned up all the mess. The sales rep, Chris Simpson was very professional and was great at providing us information that we didnt know about how new windows work. I would definitely recommend Nordik Windows &Doors to anyone that asks about windows or doors. 10 out of 10!

    Fantastic Company

    We were in desperate need of windows and from start to finish we were extremely happy with everything. From sales to measurements to install and follow up. Highly recommend Nordik

    window issues

    Beverly Hills Home Improvement replaced a window that was leaking in 2014. I have traffic noise and wanted to upgrade the window to decrease the level of sound. The new window made no difference in sound and I got the run around when calling to inquire about the issue. When the e coating was compromised in 2020 I discovered Beverly Hills had been bought out by Nordic. The glass was replaced under warranty by Nordic. When I was discussing the issue with sound with the technician who was replacing the glass, it appears the window was not initially installed the best way to ensure maximum effect for sound reduction. The window was replaced but the frame was left intact. I spoke to Lena to explain the situation and was told the window could be reinstalled when the glass with the e coating was replaced. However, the tech was not informed of this and was only told to replace the glass. When I called back to enquire to reschedule the re-install I was first told the initial work order was only to remove and replace existing window and mentioned nothing about the frame. While this is indeed true, I had no idea there are different ways to install windows and that removing the frame and reinstalling would be the most beneficial for sound reduction. I did what the initial installers recommended assuming they were taking into consideration the sound effect, which we had discussed at length. When I explained this to Nordic, I was told only warranty issues were being dealt with at this time and my ticket was being closed. There was no mention of whether this would be an option at some point in the future and to touch base later. I have heard good things about Nordic but feel I have been brushed off and ignored regarding my concerns with the poor sound quality of the window due to less than optimal install

    Door Installation. 0/10

    Absolutely terrible service. The worst I have received in my whole life. Disgusted by the whole experience. Last minute cancellations, wrong handles, failed to turn up, cowardly customer service people. I have to say that the doors are beautiful and the actual installation guys were top notch also but still waiting for some handles and had to settle for the wrong handles on another door because they got that wrong after initially forgetting completely. All this 2 months after initial installation date. Absolute joke of a company. Two weeks later I still have a napkin on my door instead of a handle and still have the wrong handles on my front door. Told they can only fit the missing handle on may 21st!!! because they only have 4 installers!!! they don't know anything about my missing handles. Unbelievable. AVOID at all costs.

    Basement Windows

    We were satisfied with the installation and the service overall i.e. they arrived on time and did a good job however, we were not happy with the miscommunication by the salesman and the person that came to do final measurements after we placed the order.. we were not told that it was our responsibility to dig down 2 to 3 feet prior to the installation of our basement windows and as a result my husband had to come home early from work and lose 3 hours wages which could all have been avoided if we had been given clear instructions before they came to install. Advice to future customers, make sure it's clear what they expect you to do.
