Very pleased with the installation today and the product. Unfortunately one of the windows was the wrong size - not sure if it was a measurement or a manufacturing issue - but will reserve our final review to see how this is resolved.

My experience with Nordic Windows began with Barry Wood, the salesman. He came to my house, at the appointd time. He listened to what my needs were and came up with a solution to replace 13 windows and a sliding glass door. The price was reasonable, and better than any subsequent prices I got. The install day came and Scott & Darcy performed in a professional and timely manner over the alotted 2 day period. They were efficient and respectful. When they were done, they left my property in very clean condition. There were a few mistakes in the order, but Nordik responded quickly and resolved all issues. The final correction was installed by Ian. He was on time and completed the job promptly and professionally. I am confident that if I should have any future issues with my windows that Nordik will stand behind their product 100%. I highly recommend this company and all their emplyees.

We had a great experience, the only hiccup we had was a long wait after ordering the door, this was due to Covid. The installer, Keith Patterson, did an awesome job hanging the door. Very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. All in all, a very positive experience.

Service, quality, installation all were of top quality. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises. The installation time was earlier than expected by about 2 months which was a big surprise and greatly appreciated. Everyone we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable.

Service was great installers did good work and where awesome in the covid period. Followed all rules work highly recommend nordik to friends and family. They make the windows and door back it for 25 years. I went with them instead of a contractor that buys the doors and windows from a third party. I bought from them they made it if I need warranty I don't have to chase a middle man.

I didn't even realize how bad my old windows were, until Nordik came and replaced them! It is so much quieter AND warmer, not to mention how beautiful they look. My whole experience was top notch. I first met with one of their sales reps (Bre) who took measurements and discussed the different types of windows and price points. I was completely clueless on this so she helped by making some recommendations, including a beautiful design element for the front of the house on my bedroom windows (this is by far my favourite part). She was thoughtful and extremely thorough and I felt like she was making recommendations for her own home and not just a client. Next someone else came out to double check measurements (Bre was spot on, but he said he wasn't surprised as she is one of the best!). I then got a call from Annette to schedule my install with Larry. Annette and I spoke a couple of times as there was a snowstorm that snowed us all in and we needed to reschedule. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and accommodating. Larry was a real gem! He treated my house as if it was his own and was very careful to contain any mess and as I was working at home, he was very thoughtful to work around me. He cleaned up afterward and answered any questions I had. He did a BEAUTIFUL install that I was absolutely DELIGHTED with. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely not. I would INSIST you choose Nordik Windows! The whole experience was wonderful. Through each step of the way I felt very well taken care of and respected. THANK YOU SO MUCH NORDIK Team!!

We ordered 2 white doors. Upon installation we see they are blue tinged. Nordik tells me 'that's how they come.' Didn't know that and I was sold 'white' not blue. Company basically washed their hands, told salesman to deal with me. He found painter and wanted me to pay half to paint doors white. Unacceptable to me to pay another $500. Oh, and the installer put the locks on wrong and couldn't program the doors. We had to reinstall and set up locks ourselves. Moral of this story? Don't trust Nordik. They should have paid to paint it white, not expect me to install my own locks and pay more money to paint it. Bad service. Bad experience.
