Thank you Nordik for another great experience! Richard and Chris were professional, efficient and courteous! My windows look amazing. It’s unimaginable how much brighter and cheerful the rooms are! I would definitely recommend Nordik and would request the same installers!

Couldn't be happier with our new windows. The Norik rep, Chris, was knowledgable and friendly; he provided us with a number of options, took the time to help us identify exactly the style of windows we wanted, and managed to fix the price into our budget. The installation team took the steps needed to protect our house (covering the stairs, etc.) before they started working and were happy to answer questions about the process while they worked. The installation itself was quick, and the team cleaned thoroughly before they left. The windows look fantastic; the bedroom in particular. A room once a little dark is now flooded with natural light. Woudn't consider another company when it comes time to replace the rest of our windows. Chris and Nordik have earned our future business as well.

I received 4 estimates before calling Nordik Windows. They sent their representative Chris, to give me an estimate. He explained the virtues of PVC compared to Vinyl windows There was no pressure to sign up I had experienced with other company sales pitch. He proceeded to print off an itemized quote and told me to notify him of my decision when and if I agreed to the agreement. Chris was very informative, answered any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. The following week after careful consideration I decided to order the windows. When the windows came the installers Marco and Nash did a great job down to the tiniest detail. Upon completion a gentleman by the name of Ryan came to inspect the install and to make sure I was final results. Did I pay more then the other companies quoted? Yes. I am very pleased with the quality and service If you are thinking of having you windows replaced check the difference between PCV and Vinyl. I would highly recommend Nordik to friends and family.

At the time we ordered our windows we were told that it would take 4-6 months for install due to Covid restrictions. We were happy that it took only about 4 months of wait. The windows themselves are excellent just as described to us when we signed up. The Installers Colton, Devin, and Shianne showed up on time and kept busy throughout the day for the most part. The bay-style window install was not rushed and was constructed carefully and very professionally. The quality of the install of all the windows was professional and done with care. Some crank hardware was missing but these are scheduled to be installed at a later date. The only complaint I would make is that not enough attention was paid to the construct of the finishing trim in the interior side of the house. I would have preferred to see corner rosettes maintained in the new trim as it was in the old trim. The sequence of errors I see is that the Salesperson Danny did not make note in the project details that we wanted to maintain the corner rosettes, even though I had described to him my wish to see continuity in the design old to new. When the Installer showed up they did not spend enough time with me to understand what I wanted even though I mentioned to them that the old trim style I wanted to maintain. I could have run out to Home Depot to get the rosettes but they carried on with standard trim install and I missed the opportunity. In the end the trim was installed well although not to my design preference.

The product and installation seem to be both very good (I would rate them 8-9). The reason for not recommending the company is because of some so-called sales and operations folks from Hamilton office which demonstrated lack of integrity and poor customer service. Sales rep didn't do the due diligence to sort out all details before accepting the order so no surprises would pop up. I saved that aspect going up the chain to clarify things the sales rep should have done it. And gave them the order. Believing I should do good for a company in the community needing orders in a difficult 2020... What did I get in return? Facts on delivery & customer service: - their sales promised 6-8 weeks on quote, their ops asked us to accept 12-14 weeks at the order time, to get the door installed in the end in 23 weeks from order date - in mid-late Nov and then in Dec I had to follow-up repeatedly on where the order was - when trying to escalate to their headoffice in Ottawa, I was routed without advice back to local office processing the order... To us, In the process, they demonstrated no proactiveness, little ownership, and no transparency.

The 2 installers removed my 50yr old door and side window and installed a new glass-window style within 3.5 hours. Work was done professionally and old door/frame taken away, The whole work area was swept clean. Strongly recommend this installer.

We had our front windows replaced by Nordik last week. Really happy with the finished product! Installers Cory and Dallas did a nice clean job. Breanna was very helpful with our decision making process, quick to respond to any questions we had. Wouldn't hesitiate to recommend Nordik windows to our friends and neighbours!

I called Chris at Nordik after doing a lot of research. From the first call I have not had a moment's regret. Our sales representative, Chris, was fantastic. Always responsive, so thorough, and really steered the project through, well after the sale was done. I would definitely use Nordik again and specifically ask for Chris. My only hesitation is the limits of some of their designs but given their focus on customer service, I don't doubt that new designs will be forthcoming.
