I am very please with the company and specially the installer Keith Patterson, very polite friendly, clean and professional. Very good installation and installer I will recommend him any time to any in need of doors installation

Sales was great, took the order. Manufacturing delays - COVID, ok, whatever. QC issue, 1/5 windows was actually broken. 1 month of my chasing them down, 1+ months of waiting for the repair to happen. Issue still not resolved. Poor follow-up and updates. No comments to reimbursements/making it right - I've taken 2 days off. BTW, the broken window is in my baby's room - great. =( No sense of urgency. I cannot recommend this company. Be weary, due to the supplier of the Revocell window being in Quebec, you may be better off doing business with a company that produces in Ontario. I'm one of the smaller percentage of customers who have had a fairly terrible experience.

Replaced all windows and doors in the back wall of the house. Replacements were designed to fit brick to brick, significantly improved both tightness and visual effect of openings that were enlarged in a poorly done reno by a previous owner. Install was carried out to a high standard. Product quality is excellent. Only reason for 4* vice 5* is that the windows and doors were 4 months late, resulting in the job shifting from a fall install to mid-winter, with little communication to either explain the delays or provide an expected date.

After a long wait we finally had our patio door replaced and it was worth the wait! The whole team at Nordik has made this process easy and pretty much seamless. Our installer Keith did a great job! He called to let me know he was on his way and gave a realistic time line to get the job done. He was professional and cleaned up really well. Super happy with our patio door and can’t wait for the front door.

We had to wait due to COVID once the windows were ready the office staff called to book appt, we were not told "do not to take any shutters down until the installers were on my driveway" received a call DEC 21st saying truck broke down can't come has to put shutters back on rebook Jan 11th the installers were pleasant 1st day installed all 9 windows 2nd day adjusted the crank. I find the office staff really do not answers emails as I saw a scratch they said they never got my email, it i had to resend photo. Rec. call for my doors book for Feb 4th installers were also pleasant, but next day noticed a space on garden door booked appt with service teck (awesome guy) he confirmed door is bent on the 11th.. Got email from office staff email was blank i asked what this is about replied asking if there is an issue with the installation on the 12th i said yes and as of today no reply back confirming my door will be replaced. Got this survey got my Invoice & warranty but up to now don't know the status of my replacement door. Office staff has not emailed or called. ALSO the sales man/woman should have samples on hand to show the customers sample products as I am sure I would have picked just a little differently. I do love my front door & garden door, the windows are good too can still feel the cold but that's because of the glass is low E & argon gas. Again the sales man should have showed us the difference in the quality even if I know it would be a lot more expensive. Feb 16th 2021 called spoke with a friendly lady to clearly invoice and the replacement door I need. In conclusion Nordik is a good company to go with considering you are such a big investment.

I ordered 2 windows and one sliding glass doors in mid-September 2020 from Joseph and he answered all our questions. We were informed that it would take 12 to 14 weeks for order to be filled and installation to take place. The installation was done on February 12, 2021. The installer Harris and his assistant were great in ensuring that the home did not get cold from the minus 13 degree weather. They placed floor coverings and cleaned up after the installation. The installer Harris answered all questions and we were very impressed.

I saw an add online for Nordik Windows and decided to check them out. After Giuliano came over to talk to me about what I wanted/needed, I decided to purchase my replacement windows from Nordik. Some of the reasons I decided to purchase from Nordik: The windows are made in Canada. This was very important to me and I would not have even continued with a home visit from Giuliano if the windows were made offshore. Everyone I dealt with, from the ladies who book the appointments and did the follow-up, to the sales rep, to the fellow who came to make sure Giuliano's measurements' were correct, to the installers, were all courteous, helpful, and on time. I was warned by more than one person at Nordik that there would be dust from the removal of the old windows. And they were correct. There was also other debris from the removal process. The installers did a great job of not just protecting the floors everywhere they worked and being careful around furniture, but also cleaned up in every room. Only some of the promised dust remained, and mainly on furniture etc that I would not expect others to clean. Nordik followed up a couple of days after the installation was complete to make sure I was happy with everything; and I was. I can highly recommend Nordik if you are looking for new windows.

Keith was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job of installing our new Nordik doors. The doors look great as well. All this despite a very cold day.

My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with the work that your company has done.Starting with Chris Simpson who helped us a lot in choosing the design and colour scheme to the staff who installed our front door,we are so grateful. Thanks a lot!

I hired Nordik with VERY CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on what windows I wanted. They ended up installing windows that were NOTHING like what I asked for, and one of the smaller windows is not even properly finished. They immediately sent someone to remeasure the space and the installer told me that Nordik would replace the window to ensure I was completely satisfied. After more waiting, a Sales Manager named Jeffrey was assigned to my job and ASSURED me he would get back to me with a resolution. That was months ago. I've been calling and emailing the company for a week and no one is getting back to me to resolve my situation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life.
