Great service from start to finish. I had 4 insert windows done and my back door. I really love the quality of the products and the sleek look of Nordik’s windows and hardware components. Our installer Larry was great. Super knowledgeable and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

OK: I was reluctant to review anything that had not been torture tested in winter, so after a number of months, here is my review. I was surprised to see some ice forming on the outside of the window in the late fall but attributed it to high humidity levels inside the house and a very quick plunge in temperature. The issue only happened once and has never repeated; thus an abnormal quick freeze it was, I believe. Now that we have had a number of -7 C days this month, I am at liberty to comment. Last week, with low temperatures and an extremely windy day, I felt around for some air leakage and was impressed with how little there was. As for construction, the claim that the 4 1/2" frame gives a narrower sash is correct. I compared the Nordik window to my other vinyl replacements and was pleased that there is so much more glass area than my other windows of similar size. They are well built and, as an arthritic, I find them very easy to open. Concerning the whole quote/install process it was a pleasant experience. The request for quotation was met with a site visit and, after a few days of price/ performance comparison, we place the order. When the windows were measured, I mentioned to the fellow who measured, that I really wanted to keep the 91 year old cabinet head interior mouldings. (full frame install) He said it could be done and adjusted his measurements to suit the moulding reveals. As a result, the mouldings went back in place with a perfect fit. Note to Nordik, you may want to promote this feature when you sell to owners of period homes. As for the install, it went extremely well. The guys were finished in a timely manner and all construction debris was removed. Well done; I have seen some negative reviews on Facebook but that was not our experience. Hopefully, I will never have to call anyone regarding warranty service. Ron French Hamilton ON

I ordered my door & windows in August ‘20 from Chris. I really liked Chris, I believe he was honest & sincere, so I chose Nordik because of Chris, over the 4 other sales persons that came to give me a quote. Nordik wasn’t the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Chris sold me on it. I had a long wait for my installation due to Covid backups, but I was informed there was a 12-14 week wait at the time. My windows were installed within the time period. I had to wait a little longer for the door. Harris, the installer, did my door beautifully, it was a real challenge for him, in my 112 yr. old house. He worked a full 8 hours, in the cold, making it right. In the end, the project now complete, I would highly recommend NORDIK WINDOWS AND DOORS. Ask for Chris, tell him, Deb sent you.

I had an excellent experience with Nordic windows from my first meeting with the sales Representative Bruce to the last minute that the crew left my house I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and I have never had such an outstanding level of service Yesterday the crew arrived exactly on time They carefully followed all the Covid precautions so I felt safe and respected Watching them work was a pleasure because it was clear that they were skilled at their trade They were careful with keeping my house clean and worked hard and efficiently all day until the job was done They were pleasant and polite When they left the house was perfect, clean and everything back in its place I love my new windows and only wish that I had it done years ago I will save my money to have the rest of my house done Certainly the installation crew deserve a bonus and please thank them Such a very positive experience from beginning to end Lee Ringer

Great experience from start to finish with Nordik! Chris was extremely friendly, approachable, and helped us with the design of our project. He explained everything so clearly and we felt confident knowing he was in our corner throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out. The installers were professional and their workmanship was top-notch. We'll definitely be using Nordik again in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

Great company from Sales rep (Breanna), the guy who did the final measurements to the Installers. All were very professional and easy to work with. Great value, quality & staff. Installers were great showed up on time, very professional and cleaned up everything. Very impressed. Would recommend this company to all.

At the beginning I was not happy with the sales person and already signed and gave my deposit. It get to the point that I don't want to talk to him anymore and told the main office. The sales supervisor (Jeff Recourt ) took over and addressed all my concerned. Windows ,patio doors and main doors are beautiful and good quality. The installer did really good job , very professional .

We have got 3 other quotes before reaching out to Nordik. I didn’t feel like any if other companies really wanted our business and the sales reps didn’t appear trustworthy to us. When Laura, the Nordik rep, came in for the consultation I could feel the difference right the way. She was very professional and friendly, took her time to explain everything clearly, helped us choose the right option, which wasn’t quick and easy. Everything was smooth. Timing estimate was accurate. Installation was good. We got a good deal. It was positive experience overall. The windows are great. We did just one side of the house facing a busy street. The noise reduction is great plus we keep our thermostat 2 degrees lower now.
