Nordik offers unique designs. I ordered this door at the end of August, and unfortunately due to COVID 19, there was a manufacturing delay. Nordik kept me well informed of the approximate delivery date. The installation was performed by Richard and Christopher. They did a perfect job and left my house interior and exterior clean. I was really pleased with their work, and would recommend them anyday! I am really impressed with the quality of the door manufacturing. The quality of the fiberglass is far superior than most of the door brands that I saw while shopping around.

Nordik have been very quick n responsive from the beginning to end of the project. Provided communication at every necessary stage via phone, text and email. The installation date was much later than promised but to be fair, it was probably expected given 2020 covid19 and challenges faced by every type of business. My shout out however goes out to Richard & Chris, the two fine gentlemen who arrived today on time for the installation of my patio doors. They were pleasant, professional and Richard was meticulous in every detail from ensuring everything was level to the tiniest finishing detail. These guys took their time to get done right the first time! I couldnt be more pleased with the finished product! Love my new patio doors! Thanks Richard & Chris, job well done. Great doors from Nordik. Already I feel my home cosier!

The Alex and Alex crew showed up on time and worked hard to get the windows done by the end of the day - amazing job! Everything was cleaned up when they left. The windows look amazing and I feel the temperature difference already. I would highly recommend Nordik - very professional!

From the moment I contacted this company I received quick and courteous service. The patio door is made of quality materials, installation was quick but installed very well. They paid attention to small details. Would definitely recommend Nordik.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Our contact with the Nordik rep Joseph was totally first class. He was patient and thorough in determining exactly what needed to be done and then went above and beyond in getting the work completed. All those from Nordik who came on sight were most polite and professional. Everything has turned out even better than expected Thanks to Joseph and all the Nordik team.

Put a deposit in early September for front and back door with a mid-December install date. We have had to reach out multiple times asking about install date- nothing has been booked yet, original estimate of delivery and install has come and gone. Sales staff used awful pressure sales tactics in spite of the fact that they advertise on their website on that they don’t. Inflated prices and then drop if you sign within 24 hours. JUST RUN AWAY from this company. I regret doing business with them and at this point may just have to walk away from deposit. Just awful customer service and business all around. If you have missed your original timeline for install The company should reach out to you I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times.

Wow - Nordik went way beyond my expectations and I consider myself quite demanding. I was skeptic because I'd recently had some home repairs done and was not pleased, however, Nordik was amazing - the quality of the products was superb but I must say what made Nordik a provider I will come back to was the service - unbelievable - we've done many, many renovations over the years and I can assure you, you've never seen workers as dedicated, responsive, precise, clean and courteous as the two installers we got - I don't want to say their names because I didn't ask them if I could but they came in, were exceptionally courteous, put down mats to ensure they didn't mess up our floors, they were wearing their masks and stayed 6 feet away at all times, they didn't waste any time and worked exceptionally hard - they were constantly checking to make sure everything was properly aligned, smooth and simply perfect. They cleaned up everything before leaving and there was nothing for us to do but enjoy our new purchase. There are definitely cheaper people out there but I promise you it's not worth it - Nordik is what you want, I assure you - avoid the hassles and aggravations and go with Nordik - I will be going back in 2021 to get some additional windows done for our home and I can't wait. My parents also got their work done through Nordik and my dad just had surgery and the guys were very quiet (as much as could be expected) and again, the quality of the work was above and beyond. I applaud you Nordik - your products are excellent - the installers you sent are beyond professional - they are exceptionally professional! Also - I can't forget the amazing lady who also went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, organized, kept in contact and was responsive any time we tried to contact Nordik. And also the gentleman who came to do all the measurements - outstanding - so very happy we went with Nordik.

They were efficient and polite. Very tidy and left no trace of any garbage. They were ontime for appointment.Very pleased with outcome and would recommend them to others. Installation was reviewed before they left

I ordered on August 3rd 2020. They want 30% up front . We agreed on almond colour on both sides for installation on Nov. 3rd. Windows showed up and one side was white and other side was almond. Sent back to factory to correct and came back to install on December 3rd. The guys who installed them were very good but some windows were missing parts to complete the inside. What ? Now I don’t know when the finished product will happen . Very frustrated.
