    Absolutely the WORST company I have dealt with. Still waiting for 1 window since July . No one at the company cares that installers and been there twice and wrong measurements or wrong window.. WHAT A JOKE

    Front Bay Window Replacement

    The two installers arrived early and set up drop cloths from the front door to the work area. They were masked initially until my presence wasn't required. They obviously had specific roles and a very professional job was done with high-grade materials. I could not have asked for better workmanship.

    All new windows upstairs

    Windows are great, window fitters were great. BUT the jamb for the bathroom window was not with the windows when they turned up. It took 5 weeks and numerous phone calls to get the job finished, they told me they had ordered it and were waiting for delivery, after 5 weeks 2 guys turned up and made it on site, only took 90 mins. I had planned to have the lower level done in spring but will now be looking at other companies

    Never order windows

    Ordered multiple windows. Most were great, one was made incorrectly and we are stuck with a terrible window that doesn’t work for us. We thought we have gone with a great company but instead we have wasted all our money on a bad window.

    Replacement of windows

    They completed the work within 2 months time after placing the order. The installers were very efficient. On time and finished on time. Kudos to the workers. Best work ever.

    Great product and service

    They reach on time and installed all windows and patio door. Quality are requested and you can feel a huge difference once installed. The team is very professional and spotless area after they left.

    replaced older windows and sliding glass door

    The jamb extensions on the windows were defective as they had little staple marks and I didn't really notice them until months after when I was doing a thorough cleaning. COVID hit so that slowed service down. I am pleased to say they have been here now and took out all the jamb extensions and replaced them with new ones. I am very pleased with the result now and the windows now are great. Service is great.

    10 new windows and installation

    Very satisfied with this service. Ordered in September and originally installation was scheduled for January 2021. A call advised that windows would be ready for installation on October 29 an 30. Two gentleman installers arrived early on the 29th and installed 8 out of the 10 windows by 6pm on the 30. Two windows were measured and delivered wrong but will be built and installed in a few weeks. Windows look great and installers were very professional and did a great job, installing and cleaning up afterwards. We are very excited about our new windows. What a difference.

    Service on door

    The service tech Jason came out to do a service on my door. After checking it he told me it would need to be reinstalled. He Showed me and explained everything to me. He was very professional and this is why I gave the 5 stars. Thank you

    Poor Quality French Doors

    I purchased all new windows and french doors. The door has been nothing but a major problem/ headache right from day one. The problem now is a service technician came in May 2020 took notes of all the problems with the door told me it would be approximately 3 months to get the parts this brings us to August. I called I was told the parts were expected to arrive October 10th. I called on October 14th spoke to the service technician he told me he would follow up with the supplier and get back to me he never did I called on October 27th spoke to the same service technician he now tells me my parts will be March of 2021. I advise him I can see daylight outside how do I keep my house warm if I'm heating the outside. He offered his apology. To Date I am very displeased with the Quality of this door. Also the level of service I have received.
