    Great product, good price and exceptional installation!

    Right from the quoting stage all the way through to final installation, we can not say enough about the professional and quality of our full experience. We would recommend Nordik for your window and door needs.

    Front door

    New door and installers arrived on schedule...but without ordered lockset. No problem! They made a call and it arrived without delaying the installation. Interior trim was removed and reapplied without disturbing adjacent plaster/lath. Site was left clean.

    Windows and Doors Replaced

    Thank you to Alexie and the Team of Men who came to our house to install our new windows. They were punctual, respectful, courteous and considered our preferences whenever possible. And even though it was -15 outside, we felt like they really cared about the work that they did and wanted it to be perfect. Thank you also to Obrad and his co-worker who installed our doors. They were punctual, polite, clean and tidy and they did an excellent job. Truly a professional looking installation! Looking forward to our next house and will order from Nordik again! Thank you!

    Repair sliding door handle and lock

    Daniel was here early and pleasant. Quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Excellent technician. He explained what he was going to do and had the job finished with in 10 minutes. Door works great now.

    Front door and window

    Our experience with Nordik was a very enjoyable one. Every single person we came in contact with where there to make sure that we were happy and had exactly what we wanted. The service was excellent and their products are very high quality. We did our front door and window and are very happy. We have a few more doors and windows to do and Nordik will be who we call to get these done. Thank you everyone at Nordik for making this a pleasant experience.

    Installed nine new windows (brick to brick)

    Installers Kyle and George did a terrific job installing the windows in a professional and caring matter. They both were very polite and aware of their environment to ensure a successful installation. The windows were installed in February and I was impressed on how both worked in cold weather conditions. The windows look wonderful and I am very happy with the result. I recommend Nordik Windows and in particular Kyle and George as installer. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Don M.

    Replacement of latch

    Daniel was very helpful, showing me how to open the windows for cleaning as well as the screens. He replaced the latch quickly and effiecently. Thanks again! I'd have him back anytime.

    We ordered three sets of double doors with Phantom Screens in May 2019 and were given a 10 - 12 week delivery. When we did not hear anything after 10 weeks I contacted Nordik and asked what was happening. It was claimed that there was a high volume and the door manufacturer was behind schedule. In November 2019 we were contacted to arrange installation of said doors but when the installers showed up they were the wrong size. There were miss measured. Then giving time for the Christmas season to finish I contacted the office again to ascertain when/if we would get our doors. Without much warning and prior notice another installation date in February was given. When these installers showed they worked from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM installing the doors and properly weather stripping etc. However, there was a problem. The pins holding the stationary door in place at the bottom were defective and needed replacement. I waited a week before calling again to find out the status and was told the parts are on order and would be available for install February 19. This happened and the service man (Dan) came installed the proper pins and also ensured proper fit on weather stripping and strike plates as the operating doors had too much play and were leaking air. Dan fixed all this and we are so far satisfied. Our may concern was why the long delivery, measuring errors and lack of communication between the office and client. We have a number of friends in our neighborhood who are looking for new windows and doors and have told them o f the poor client service and delays in completing the commitment by the company. The product is of excellent quality but in talking with others I know who have used this company in the past there is a consistent theme and that is one of late delivery and poor communication. I would only recommend this company to others with a caveat for poor deliver and communication.

    Warranty replacement

    Warranty replacement of 2 windows with a broken seal and one broken window. James did a great job. Nordik did warranty work with no issues. Windows are 17 years old and they still honoured the warranty, so pleasantly surprised by that. Only had to pay for broken window.

    Great job

    The technician arrived on time in the allotted time that was given to me. He was in great spirits, kind and friendly. Has a great sense of humour. Well prepared with his equipment and had my door fixed in no time.
