    Front Door Replacement

    We contracted Nordik to replace the front door in our detached home. Product was as expected. Installers were polite, prompt and professional. Very satisfied with the product and the installation.

    2 front doors and a side door

    We had 2 kitchen windows replaced last week and yesterday we had our two front doors and one side door replaced both done by 2 separate installers. I am very impressed by the professionalism and skill of the installers. They not only answered my questions, but they removed all their garbage including the old doors and trimmings. The surprising thing is they swept and scrubbed the floors where they had to repeatedly walked! I am extremely pleased with this company from the salesperson to the installers. I would definitely recommend them.

    12 New Windows

    The window quality is excellent, however, customer service was lacking considerably. Installers worked well, cleaned up after they finished and were friendly, Ian in particular. All in all, a good product.

    windows

    The service and work received from Daniel was excellent, in replacing a window. He was prompt, efficient and the work area was left very clean. Daniel was friendly and courteous and took time to explain things . I highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors for replacing doors and windows. Also, Customer Service was helpful in securing the best time available to me and kept me up-to-date. Thanks Moe.

    replacement of window

    I had one window that needed replacement Serviceman came today (Daniel) he was very tidy, polite and did the work with no problem. He had to do the work outside in the cold. To remove the window was a bit of challenge but he got it with no complaint He is an excellent worker

    Outside door and side lite

    The door was installed today and looks great. The installation was done very professionally and the installer, Richard, was excellent to deal with. However, the doors were ordered on October 1, 2019. It took way too long to be delivered. I would like to add, that the main reason I waited is because of the incredible sales rep I ended up dealing with, Christine.

    Great Installation team

    Alexi, Nicloi and their team were great. They worked a long day to make sure they finished the job in one day, without compromising the integrity of work done. We had all our windows, 11, plus a whole new window cut, and inserted, and two doors done.

    Windows and Doors

    Great crew very polite hard working and professional would recommend Nordic. Wish they had a better selection of trim, ended up buying different trim and they put it on for us.

    Bathroom windows

    Great guys very punctual and really know their stuff!! Took about 6 weeks for assessment, all the way to getting an install date. Would highly recommend, installer even gave me advise with maintenance which I really like

    Main Door

    Replaced main door, looks great. Installers and follow up technician (Daniel) addressed our concerns and is very professional. This door really enhances our home. The product really provides a clear definitive entrance to our home and the 3/4 light , brightens up the house.
