    Windows and doors

    First and foremost, the install team (Vince, Chris & Jennifer) were phenomenal. Thanks guys. Nordik on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The order for the doors was really late. Near the install date for the doors they called me to tell me that the doors had indeed arrived at their warehouse however there was 1 small problem: the glass was missing!!! I was told that this is normal in this industry! Personally, I have trouble with that. So I had to wait another 2+ weeks for that to be rectified. There was also a problem with the small glass windows in the living room that went on and on however, Nick finally resolved that with a lot of back and forth. However, the biggest problem for me was the signing off on the documents as the job was financed. Because there were so many changes & I was moving I asked if they could give me a few days grace to review the invoice before signing of on it however they refused. They even threatened me with collections! This I did not like and therefore will not use them again. Just finished another house with 16 windows & doors and guess what I did not use one of their companies!

    Repair patio door

    James arrived promptly. He was extremely professional and even provided us with maintence tips. The job was completed most efficiently. James was one of the most courteous people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting

    Complete brick cut out and installation of double window and patio door.

    Very satisfied with the total experience for a complicated job involving creating new openings in a brick wall for window and patio door. Installers arrived early and did a careful job while working with brick mason to complete sill installation and final brick work. Richard and Christopher kept me informed of every step and did a professional job leaving the house and yard clean including final glass cleaning to remove dust and smudges !

    Full Windows Replacement

    We are very satisfied with the product and the service. We cannot say enough about Shavkat and his helpers. He was great and explained everything to us. He cleaned up like they were not even there and even finished a day early. Outstanding service and a great representative for your company. A true professional and very nice. Barry is also a great salesman and honest and great follow up during the process.

    Careless

    Installed an exterior door off the garage. Office called to clarify positioning as it wasn't clear between the measurement and the salesperson. I sent in writing via email how we wanted the door to open, and it still came out backwards. Basement windows did not come in the colour we ordered so instead of calling to notify us they had the manufacturer make them in the wrong colour and put them on our house anyway. When we called to have the issue addressed the csr read out to us the notes stating they made this decision without us. Then we were notified that a different salesperson would have to handle the issue. I have no issue with the quality of the door or Windows as of yet, only the vinyl clad was disappointing in quality and finish. Its been weeks now and no one has called us back. The installation job also took all night, instead of a couple hours midday as was scheduled, because they forgot part of the order at the warehouse and had to drive back across the city in rush hour.

    Excellent window install and service

    We were very satisfied with the installation and the quality of the windows. Despite there having been some issues with the initial installer, Nordik windows came back with Alexey and Nick, who completed the job promptly and superbly! Alexey and Nick - awesome team and heroes of the day! Thank you guys! We hope to have Alexey come install our front door and sliding door in January 2020!

    Window replace

    Your after sales technician Ian was excellent. He had a very positive attitude and he showed great respect for our concerns.He fixed the issues we had with the initial install very well. He is an asset to your company and I recommend he get a substantial raise .

    New windows

    I bought windows and I thought I was going to get 1 installer and a few apprentices but that wasn't the case I had 4 professional installers, what a difference. Cheers to you.

    Window installation

    The crew came on time, were polite, efficient and cleaned up the mess that was made. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who answered all of my questions quickly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!
