    Front door

    I was told that this warranty work would take between 4 to 6 weeks, it took more than 6 months to finally get it done. However, I will say that the repair guy (Daniel) was very polite and courteous and did the repairs very professionally

    complete house window replacement

    The reason I changed my windows because the old one use to have condensation at the bottom and freeze in winter; however the new windows from Nordik are doing the same and the serviceman said because of too much humidity! I bought a hygrometer and it shows 40% humidity which suppose to be normal for winter. I feel I wasted my money on a problem that still exist

    Patio door

    Installers were very professional. Very helpful with questions I had. Courteous too!! I’m pleased with the new patio door and would recommend 100% to my family & friends. I hope to have other windows installed in the spring.. I actually heard of Nordik Windows from my sister. My neighbour has already asked me for the number so they can get a quote. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!!

    Excellent service by the installers

    Ordered a beautiful new front door. It looks gorgeous and I was thrilled with the installers. They were quiet, quick, cleaned up after themselves and very helpful. For sure I will be ordering my new back door through them in the spring ! Thanks for a job well done !

    Windows and entry door

    We just had 7 windows and our entry door replaced and are very pleased with the results. During the whole process starting at presales Nordic was tentative to our needs and questions. Special shout out to Alexey and Nic who did an excellent job installing the windows and door. They were punctual, professional and hard working. Cheerful throughout the installation process and keen on answering any question I had. They did it all within a day.

    Warranty work on front door

    Kind, respectful and quick. He showed up and he worked quietly and quickly. Kept the work area clean and tidy. Respected my house and made the job neat and perfect

    Customer Service Nightmare

    We ordered a front door and 2 windows from Nordik. The windows were perfect but the front door was not what we agreed on in the contract (issues with the grill and trim). Nordik agreed with us and was very accommodating. They took the door back and were working with us to find a replacement solution. They were very good sending sample ideas to look at etc. Then, the person we were dealing with went on leave, and all of a sudden the new person told us we had to take the door as is and with zero flexibility. After some back and forth they ended up sending the bill to a collection agent (who gave us 10 days to pay) and at this point we had no choice but to pay almost $3000 (including instillation/deposit) for a door that we never received. Very unfortunate outcome.

    Door replacement

    Daniel and Ian were very professional and did a fantastic job. The door looks great . They even fixed the trim and some small repairs. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

    Window installation.

    Alexis and his crew did a great job. I was impressed with how clean the job was. They worked non stop for 4 hours despite the freezing cold weather. Very courteous. And quiet!

    Excellent product and "2nd to none" service

    I've needed service on my patio doors twice...both times the knowledgeable, professional, personable repair person fixed the problem quickly and perfectly. This most recent time I'd dropped a Christmas ornament and it was stuck in the track, under one of the sliding doors. He was able to remove the ornament, intact, within minutes. I highly recommend this company!
