Great Service
Our journey with Nordik began with a friendly and knowledgeable sales rep, who effectively explained their windows and doors services. We opted to upgrade our old sliding doors with new French doors. Despite a delay in scheduling the installation, we were pleased with the quality of the doors and the service provided by the installation team. The punctuality and efficiency of the two technicians, who promptly replaced the doors and disposed of the old ones, left us highly satisfied with the outcome.

Satisfied with customer service, punctuality and profficialism

Bought a house and needed to replace 4 windows esp. Bedrooms. Guys were great from assessment, measuring, and installation. Great job. Personable, patient, no shadey buissness. Overall Great experience and great job.

Double Entry Doors with Transom
New doors really make the house. Great colour and style and perfectly installed. The Nordik reps were easy to deal with and the installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. We are repeat customers.

10s across the board.
We had 12 windows replaced; 5 large which make up a bay window and all the other windows throughout our home. We have now used Nordik for our 2 exterior doors as well as all the windows service is excellent from start to finish. Its great to see that this company is Canadian owned, has no middle man and their installers are from the same company as well. So happy with their service and extremely happy with their products.

Replacement of 3 windows
I have used Nordik in the past and was very pleased with their service, in particular with their salesperson Barry Wood. It took less than 3 weeks from the time Barry came to give me an estimate to the installation of my new windows. Barry is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well being very friendly. The installation was quick and tidy and the installers did a great job. My new windows look great!

Excellent service and value!
Sales and installation were smooth. Customer service also pivoted and helped us adjust a few small items in our order. These guys went above and beyond before and after the sale. Will use the same group for our main floor when its time, thank you Nordik!!!

I am very happy with the service provided by Nordik, starting with the sales rep James who was kind and patient explaining the details of the windows. The measurement techs as well as the installers were understanding as it was a challenge going through the attic. A job well done. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
