    New windows

    We had new windows installed in my home. Very happy with the product and install. The windows are triple glazed and are er rated 48.

    Window replacements

    Horrible horrible company ! It took them 3 years to complete the job ( replaced windows) They would book an appointment then show up with wrong windows . This happened multiple times . Once they booked an appointment and didn't show up at all . My husband and I took time off from work when they booked these appointments. Only to be disappointed time after time with the job not being completed . Finally 3 years later they finished after many service calls . We asked for compensation for all the inconvenience and time off work and were told that are time was of no value to them . We spent almost 3 years with no blinds on our windows because they had removed them . This whole experience was disappointing.

    the. install team did an amazing job. The installers were quick, friendly and very clean. I would highly recommend them.

    Delays, errors and low quality work

    DO NOT USE - have incorrectly or poorly installed the front door 4 times including having to replace the door 3 times. Horrible communication between office, manufacturing and field team leading to delays and issues. Multiple delays in delivery of windows and doors. Incorrectly installed an unfrocked window that was supposed to be frosted. Had to replace door and did poor job: sloppy caulking, glass not flush to door and door catches on frame. Took FOUR visits to fix the foot lock on the patio door as the first time they did nothing and the next two they brought the wrong piece. Constant detail errors and promises to do better are only lip service. Took months for them to deliver a new front door only to install it poorly and damage it in the process so we're now waiting again for the new door to be made. Would not recommend.

    Very happy with the product

    The doors are great! Had some minor issues with hardware installation and the service team was proactive in rectifying the situation. Great service makes a great product even better from my perspective. My wife an I would be happy to refer and recommend Nordik Windows to anyone who is currently looking to upgrade their windows or doors. Thank you for making this a stress free experience for us.     Patio door

    The team that installed my new patio door were amazing. They were focused, worked seamlessly together. They called to say they could come a little earlier than planned and asked if that would be ok. I was happy they could. I couldnt be more impressed with their work ethic and how well they all were so compassionate and compatible working together. They had a rhythm with one another.

    Door Installation

    We saw our neighbours had put in new doors and they looked great. We called our neighbours & asked where did you get the doors from. They told us Nordik so we called and the process from start to finish was flawless. The whole process was a fabulous experience starting with our initial phone call to the installation of the doors. The entire communication between the office, project coordinator & installers was fantastic. We will use them again in a heart beat.

    New Glass

    We are very happy with the product and installation. Sales explained our options and introduced us to rebate opportunities. The installation crew was here twice to do 2 sets of sliding doors and 5 windows and they were great. Polite, efficient and ensured the floor and stairs were protected. They removed all garbage and swept up. I can't see room for improvement. I simply have no complaints. Well done.

    Window replacement

    Fantastic team, super clean and courteous! Got the two large windows replace in 4 hrs middle of February! No issues and love my new windows!

    Window replacement

    We had 7 windows replaced by Nordik. The installation crew was very respectful and kept the work space protected and clean. Installation went smoothly and we are happy with the final product. Big improvement from our old windows! Thanks to Rick and the crew!
