    Entrance door

    I choose the Nordik Windows and Doors for a new entrance door and very satisfied with my choice of this company. The door looks amazing!!! Thank you, Anthony from estimating for answering all my questions. You are very professional. Thank you, Teresa for always calling me back and answering all my questions in a super friendly manner. Thank you very much, Zorro and Yaroslav for installing the door! This not easy job was done the perfect and very professional way!. Both installers were friendly and very professional.     Perfect job

    Everything about this purchase was perfect. Jason was a very helpful and friendly sales rep, the wait period and price were reasonable, the installation was quick, professional and flawless. It wasn't Magic, but most mortals can't afford that. ;-)

    Windows and door

    Jennifer from Nordic came and quoted us a price for the door and 4 windows. Took the time to explain the order process, the install process and the rebate program. Windows came sooner than the expected install date and were install perfectly. The door was a little later arriving and the installer said that it was measured incorrectly but would still be able to fit. We went ahead with the install because we had a very busy time coming up. So far no problems except still no sign of the rebate from the government. Hoping it comes soon.

    Windows retrofit

    We chose Nordik windows and doors for the retrofit of our windows. The majority of windows were old storm windows. We didnt want to alter the size or the look. Our sales rep Chris was great to work with, and suggested windows that operated similarly to the original ones. The end result was minimal damage to trim and drywall on the exterior. Everything was installed in a day, and the installers were very clean and respectful. The team at Nordik were fantastic to work with, and I would use them again on another project.

    Service

    We had Nordik windows installed last fall and are very happy with them, however one of the cranks to open the window wasnt working properly. The service technician called beforehand to tell me exactly when he would arrive, which I thought was a great touch. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem, adjusted and lubricated the window so it worked perfectly in no time flat. He also advised my on acquiring the lubricating spray and applying it to keep the widow functioning properly. Excellent work, excellent service!

    Doors and windows

    Sales rep was very honest, informative and patient. The installers were very polite, professional and really good at their job my house was immaculate once installation was completed.

    Installers were amazing. Professional, clean and courteous. Everything I asked for they did. Windows look amazing.

    Top notch customer service!!

    Wow! Where do I start? These windows and doors are beautiful and well made. A huge shout out to Laticia in the warranty department and Haig in the service department for making what seemed to be an endless service call, finally come to an end. These two people made waiting a year and a half for one issue to be fixed bearable. After the fourth time out and the company finally supplying him with the proper parts, Haig was an absolute gentleman. Showing patience and professionalism all around. You're both definitely assets to the company and the only reason I would recommend them to anyone else. Great job both of you.

    Replace glass with broken seals

    Haig was excellent. He did a great job replacing the glass (under warranty) and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly.

    Not Nordik Windows and Doors Ever Again

    Order was placed September 2022 for large bay window, kitchen window, bathroom window, and a complete side door. The totally inexperienced unprofessional installers came in March 2023 to install everything except the side door. The lead hand never put his phone down the whole time because he was learning while he was installing. I knew there was a problem as soon as they started. We were to pay the balance on the day of install but I said we weren't paying that day cause of the mess. There was no insulation used, no support for the window so it was sagging within couple of months, holes on the outside frame large enough for squirrels to get in, caulking not complete, large hole on the inside wall that required drywall, fill, sanding, painting. Both windows on the bay window and kitchen window either wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. The bathroom window is in the shower area (old house) and they used the wrong caulking which wasn't waterproof. My spouse pointed this out but they continued with it. Handle didn't cover hole in frame on bathroom window. Shouldn't have left the manufacturer. The service dep't. came March 16, 2023. They agreed about all the issues and were never seen again. The installers for the side door were a different crew, Shako and Cotne. Totally professional, excellent job, the only good thing about this company. We told Nordik we wanted them when the second bay window was being installed. This wasn't ready until September 2023. Again they were excellent. Shako also looked at all our issues. He adjusted the windows that wouldn't open or close. The bathroom window needed a new frame cause to adjust the handle made the mechanism not work. He ordered a new window frame right away. He was the one who told us no support had been put in the bay window. Also because of no insulation and it was winter, there was water everyday that had to be wiped up, which would create mold and warp eventually. Because of the wrong caulking and hole in the frame of the bathroom window, we had a plastic bag covering the window from March until the new frame was installed in September 2023 and we replaced the again wrong caulking with the right stuff. I have consulted with a lawyer as we have an outstanding balance owing to them, but they also owe us more for the repairs we had to do. If this is your only choice, keep your old windows and doors.
