    Windows

    I am so happy with my new windows. Dario and his team were very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterwards which helped me alot. Kudos to Dario and his team and to Nordik windows Luch and Laura

    Replacement parts for double slider windows

    I purchased double sliding windows from Beverly Hills in 2006. Some of the drain covers and safety window stops had broken or blew away. When I called Beverly Hills, my call went through to Nordik windows and doors who had taken over Beverly Hills. They graciously reviewed my request for new parts and honoured the guarantee Beverly Hills gave to me when the windows were purchased. The window stops were most important because when activated the window can be opened a few inches only. My request was not a great one but I can say that everyone I talked with including the tech who came around with the parts were very considerate of my needs. I can confirm that they meet all my needs.

    Window replacement for 5 windows

    I was very impressed with this company. From the sales person who was extremely knowledgeable, to the measurer who figured out how to best replace some really old windows, to the amazing installers... everyone I dealt with were super. And the new windows are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

    Patio door install

    They came and were professional from the very start they kept the property clean. They didnt make a mess removing the old door and installed a new door. The silicone and caulking went perfect. They took the door away, cleaned up the kitchen a bit very little mess and left with smiles on their face, perfect job well recommended

    New Windows

    The gentleman who came to give us our quote was on time, very professional, and quite informative. Nordik was the only one who gave a quote on the spot and had product demos. The lead time was consistent with other companies and the quote was similar to others but with a much higher ER. The installers were polite and tried to be as clean as possible inside. They installed during a snowfall so we appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately they threw a lot of scrap pieces into the snow which we had to clean up when the snow melted. The windows made a difference in our home. The one issue was that one of the windows was damaged and we were told Nordik would contact us about this for repair. This unfortunately has not happened yet. Some areas to improve on but likely consistent experiences across the board.

    Nightmare

    Nordik was hired to replace all windows on my home back in 2021. I was told it would be a 2 day project.Countless service calls and three years later the job is still not yet completed.To make things worse Nordik has now sent me to collection for the small hold back I have due to the incomplete and poor quality work. I have never been treated so poorly by any company and Nordik should not be allowed to do this to people! The worst part is, now my perfect credit has been affected and there is nothing I can do about it.Not only has Nordik ruin my house they have now ruin my credit.

    Awful Company

    The installation hasnt even begun and Im already dreading the work that is to come, if it does. The windows should have been installed last summer, however the sales guy, and installer measured the windows incorrectly. The incompetence, disrespect, and general lack of concern from everyone at this company is appalling. Fast forward to November 2023. Im told to pay an additional 11000 above the initial deposit or I would forfeit the installation and of course my windows. Believe me, if I had the money to throw away, I would gladly walk away from this company. So now they hold 17500 of my money, no installation date has been established and I fear that the whole thing will continue to go downhill. Stay clear of their slick, hard selling salesman, in particular Peter. He, nor the company care about you, the industry, or doing a good job. Highly unethical and a sham. Its just too bad that the Better Business Bureau doesnt do a better job of protecting consumers.
