    New exterior door

    I needed a new exterior door it Took about 10 weeks as per what they told me Even though it was super cold that day the crew was willing to come in and put install the door anyway .. I have an enclosed entrance so I was ok with that the guys were friendly and professional They installed the hardware that I had bought and trimmed out the door on both sides the metal trim on the outside looks 500% better than what was there before Would definitely recommend

    replacement windows

    Our old basement windows needed replacement. Rachel explained the Nordik products and provided great suggestions to help us get the best windows. installation was on time and went smoothly This winter we definitely notice the basement is staying much warmer.

    Installers are rude and not attentive to details

    I wouldn't trust them at all. Their installers are not nice people. Don't expect attention to detail. You may need to watch them all the time. once you turn your back they will try to take short cuts.

    Efficient, friendly and great communication

    Were really pleased with working with Art and Nordic Windows. All staff have been extremely accommodating and professional while providing excellent customer service.

    Replace windows and patio door

    We ordered 9 windows and one patio door from Nordik in January 2023. The installation was completed in early March with only 1 issue. The patio door that was delivered opened from the wrong side. A new door had to be manufactured. This was completed and the new door installed in early April. The installers were courteous and did a great job. The windows and house look great. All-in-all, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

    Sliding Door Lock

    Berkay the service tech did a great job installing the foot lock on our new sliding patio door. He called ahead of time to confirm his arrival time and was polite and excellent in his work. Thank you Berkay and Nordik.

    Great Windows, Great Service

    Changed ALL windows in 1960's style ranch bungalow, including full lower level walkout. Brick to brick wasn't possible due to the construction of house. The windows qualify for the Home Efficiency Rebate, so the cost will be offset by the rebate. The install took 2 days, the installers were very professional. Noticed the first night how quiet the bedroom was, and they still had some finishing work to do! Did my homework, one estimate was almost triple the cost. For windows not eligible for the Home Efficiency Rebate... Would definitely recommend this product.
