    Warranty Experience

    We had a sealing issue with one of the windows we had replaced this past summer and upon notifying Nordik they quickly determined it was a warranty issue after we submitted a description of the issue with photos. The replacement process was initiated and I was updated regularly with progress notifications. Nordik accommodated our installation scheduling limitations and Haig arrived as scheduled and was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing the unit. The design of the window contributed to the ease of replacement. Definitely a pleasant way to start the week!

    New Windows

    Awesome service and quality products. Job was done quickly. The workers were curtious and left my house clean. Totally satisfied and would recommend.

    Beautiful Front Door

    The installers did an incredible job and the door looks great! Its surprising how much extra light comes on each day now that we have this new front door.

    New Front and Back Door replacement

    Contacted Nordik based on positive reviews from others. From the initial consultation, to the installation and follow up after to address an issue with the glass choice being incorrect was fantastic. The process to get the doors manufactured took longer then was advised, but I get there are significant delays right now. Installers who showed up were outstanding. Took every care to ensure protection of my floors and completed the job a lot quicker then we expected.

    Window Project

    Great product made for Canadian winters. These are the best windows on the market, sales, service and installation are great and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend m.

    Kitchen window

    I needed a new window over the sink in my kitchen. The salesperson came and explained very clearly my options and price and arranged for me to have the window installed. The installer came on time, was very friendly and did a great job of installing the window and cleaning up after. I was definitely pleased with everything.

    Wonder view from my new windows

    Jennifer the sale representation was terrific. The company kept in touch with me during the whole time waiting for my windows to be made. Walter and his colleague did a great job of installing the windows and left the room clean. Now have a whole new part of the house to use.

    New window and French doors

    Wanted widow cut in wall large and replace sliding patio doors with French doors. Sales rep super personable and knowledgeable. Measuring man great person and Larry installer was the best anyone could have asked for. If we ever need anything this is the company we want.

    Installation of Window

    This was our second time working with Nordik and both times Larry was our installer. Nordik has been affordable and excellent work. We would call them again should the need arise.
