    window replacements

    I had an excellent experience with Nordik Windows. It started with a home visit to assess my needs, followed by presentations of their products and options. Then, their specialist arrived a week later and measured all the windows to be replaced. The custom fabrication of our windows took about three weeks. The installation team was incredible and they were like window installer ninjas! As someone who does a lot of renovations on my own homes, I recognize this team as top-notch. They even cleaned up afterwards, leaving the installation areas cleaner than before they arrived! The great windows showed immediate benefits and I highly recommend Nordik Windows.

    Windows & sliding doors installations

    Large townhouse complex choose Nordik to complete installation of windows and sliding patio doors in each home. Several different lay outs. Once they were given the contract (yes we went out for bids), they proceeded to meet and measure each home, as they were manufactured Nordik set an install date. Work crews are the best. They don't waste time, they treated my home with respect, very efficient and meticulous. Clean up at the end of the install is excellent. Our board had a difficult task planning and setting in motion this project, but they absolutely chose the right company in Nordik. I have hesitation in recommending them.

    Great products, worth paying the extra for.

    Had Nordik out 3 times now to do more windows and doors. Great work ethics from the various workers and great products. We are very pleased with the new doors and windows.

    Excellent saleman Chris. So helpful and personable. Everything arrived on time . Booked right away. Quick clean installation. Installers super friendly. Annette always available to answer any questions

    I bought Nordik Windows - I WISH I HAD NOT!!!

    Ordered 6 windows from Nordik Windows and Doors on August 29, 2022, Big mistake! It took 14 months, 4 installs, and 35 interactions before I gave up! During the initial install on Dec. 16, 2022 Nordik sent 2 windows that were 1.25 short - but they installed them anyways. Nordik broke one window, and also the brick trim. They didnt tell me any of this, and when I pointed issues out the installers didnt care. Nordik also didnt bring all the wood trim they needed. Nordik didnt install the foam weatherproofing between the wall frame on some windows. When I noted this the installers got very mad at me. In total, 4 of the 6 windows were either the wrong size, broken or without weatherproofing. I had to constantly chase Nordik over the next 14 months with 35 interactions to fix this, which they were always very slow to respond to. I was often On Hold for 45 minutes or more, and would have to call in again. They would be up to 7 hours late for appointments, bring windows frames with no glass with the plan of moving the existing glass, which was 1.25 too short, into the larger frames, or forgot to include the half-moon windows. Nordik would promise to get everything fixed within a few months 4 times in total, so I would postponed doing a full clean until then. Thus I lived in a dirty house with one room completely unusable for 14 months. Nordik didnt care at all. Lots of window companies out there be careful whom you choose to give your money to!

    New front door with sidelights, back and side doors

    I am very happy with the installation and service for my new doors in our century home in August. Rachel was a terrific sales person and returned all my calls promptly. The installers were very skilled and were able to preserve the original interior chestnut trim around the front and back door. When the cooler weather arrived in the fall, there was a draft coming under both the front and back doors. When I called about getting this resolved, Berkay, their service person came out the next day and adjusted the door sweep to make the doors air tight. I am very happy with the service and attention to the 25-year warranty on the doors and installation.

    Very positive experience!

    From the sales lady to the installers, Nordik Windows over delivered. We got great windows with a high R-value at a very fair price. The installers were courteous and efficient. Working quickly to get the job done in a timely fashion. I wouldn't have any problem recommending them to friends and/or family.

    exterior door installation

    Ika and Nika did such a great job installing my NORDIK window that I asked for them to do the installation on the two exterior doors. As before - they were terrific. I got two beautiful new doors installed, and Ika and Nika were absolute gentlemen. Their attention to the small details is 2nd to none. They created as little disruption as possible, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Thank you NORDIK Windows & Doors. We are super satisfied with the pieces that we bought from you, and your sales rep Brittney and your installation team are definitely keepers!

    Windows and Door Renovation

    Were very happy to deal with NORDIK. They were very thorough, professional and dignified company. They listened to our requirements and based on that they quoted us accordingly from the type of windows and door we prefer, colour, style and most of all they worked according to our budget. We didnt pay a single penny prior and after installation. They are financially sound company even though we paid 90% already which was our choice. They started the project as scheduled, installed efficiently, worked hard and constantly cleaning while installing. Our windows and door are beautiful and would highly to all our friends and relatives who require windows and doors renovations. Special thanks to Rachel, Nemad Sr and Nemad Jr for an excellent job.

    Door replacement
