    Living room and dining room windows

    They do excellent work and this is the 2nd time we have used their services and look forward to having them back when necessary. When you get great product an service why would you go anywhere else?

    Highly recommend Nordik

    Beautiful new environmental windows, completed quickly and installed professionally. The window area is so much larger than similar windows in our neighbourhood. And thats at least 5 trees planted (not sure if the bay window counts as 1 or 3). We are also receiving energy rebates which will make the cost lower. I highly recommend Nordik, excellent service and warranty, lovely people, from sales to installers to customer service. Well be back!

    Complete windows replacement

    We first got a quote for the sales rep and decided to go ahead with a complete windows replacement for the whole house. Very happy with the installers team and the quality of the windows Will deal with Nordik again

    4 new windows

    This company Nordic windows were great from the get go great sales girl who knows her stuff and was fully prepared,to the installers who were real pros and careful with drapes,shades on windows etc,and reinstalled after work done! The 2 installers worked non stop. 5 hours and then were kind enough to move 2 heavy planters for me! Sweethearts! Will use them again next year as I do 4 windows a year! I highly recommend this company ! Caroline lawrason

    Great quality doors

    Top notch quality doors from Nordik. Sales experience was great and patiently worked with us to get the exact doors we wanted for side door and garden doors. Delivered and installed exactly as promised and installers were respectful and excellent at their craft. The only downside to our experience was the lack of communication after sales handed us off to manufacturing, but ultimately Nordik delivered everything they promised.

    Think twice about entering into a 25 yr relationship with nordik

    customer care guaranteed, worry free experience, service first - these are just empty promises. This was the opposite of my experience and others. It took over a year to get my door installed correctly (30+ follow up calls, 7+failed attempts). The first known bad installers they sent installed our 15 ft door without a beam and jack studs. It was structurally unsound not to mention there was no symmetry causing issues to open/close, the seal was faulty, and no caulking on the exterior leaving the elements (rain, snow to leak in, the list goes on. The results a door that did not function and fogged up. When I tried to escalate it, no upper management was available for my call, instead they offered me $500 with a gag contract to keep my story quiet. Stay away from this company. While they might manufacture an average product, their install and service is horrible.

    Four new windows installed in basement workers very fast and clean.

    Nordic responded quickly to our home to provide a written quotation . We were given a delivery date and time the installers arrived early and installation carried out without any mess.

    Amazing windows!

    I had 15 windows replaced and the difference it made in my energy bill was immediately noticeable. I took advantage of the gov rebate program. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. I am very pleased with these windows. The service team is professional. I did have one minor issue with a window pane which was due to condensation but difficult to say it was the windows. Nordik took no chance and ordered a replacement pane right away. It is under warranty and they sent a professional, Berkay, to come by and replace it. Berkay was very friendly and took about 30min to get the new pane replaced. Very seamless process.
