New high quality modern black framed windows- custom doors and patio doors - they made. HUGE improvement in my home both cosmetically and economically (air flow) - sales, service and administrative personnel were all very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Extremely happy with my new home upgrades. i would highly recommend Nordic!

Nordic Windows has stepped up its game! We wanted the best windows which I believe is Nordic. Their Revo Cell technology has an INCREDIBLE star rating so we knew we got one of the best, if not THE BEST windows available for a reasonable price. What I worried about at first was the installation. A lot of reviews out there stipulate issues with the installation and that had us worried. We decided to go through with it anyway and we were blown away by how well team MnM (Mike, Nana and Maya) did! They were the nicest team of installers I've ever had. Easy to work with, extremely kind, polite and PROFESIONAL. They knew exactly what they had to do. They helped us inspect and wipe the windows before installing them. They walked us through the installation process. He remeasured the frame and windows before trying to put in the window. They even asked us permission to use our own stool to do their job. Absolutely humbled BEAUTIFUL people. Honestly, I feel like team MnM saved Nordic's installation reputation. If you go with Nordic, request MIKE, NANA and MAYA! They will definitely go above and beyond for you. Mike even did additional exterior painting for us when he didn't have to. RACHEL (sales rep), I feel literally saved the company. For a time, their windows were sent unpackaged and unprotected in the vans (which made us worried) but she actually changed that for the company. All their windows now come well-protected, nicely packaged, and secured. Upon arrival, our windows were in fantastic shape. I even asked Rachel to come and check up on the work of the installer and SHE CAME! She double-checked things were going smoothly for us (since she knew we were worried about the installation quality). Rachel also bent backwards for all our requests, going back and forth to make sure we got what we really wanted. She made it so easy for us and we are pleased that she pulled through with everything! I will be doing a second order with Rachel soon. It did take a couple of weeks for the windows to get prepared, but I mean it's custom quality windows, Id be more worried if they were able to create them so quickly. In conclusion, my experience with Nordic was amazing. My wife is happy, and she isnt easy to please. She has extremely high expectations and can always find something wrong, however, she was overly ecstatic with their job. Go with Nordic, get team MnM and you will be 100% satisfied.

I chose Nordik Windows & Doors to replaced my patio door & side door, and they did a wonderful job. The sales rep., Anthony, was able to understand and deliver on what my wife wanted. The installation team of Frank & Fred were polite, courteous, clean and respectful while doing their work. I highly recommend Nordik and will definitely call them for any future work I need done.

window install was quick and installers were very efficent. The door install is still not completed due to the fact the measurement person did not include trim for the inside of the door.

Nordik honoured the windows I had bought several years ago before it became Nordik. Brkay came to check out my concerns, dealt with each issue and replaced a needed part. Berkay was efficient, friendly and very helpful!

Awesome service from start to finish. Quoting process was seamless and they were able to give me a great discount. The time frame in between the order and install was awesome as well. Can't say enough good things about the installers as well. They happened to do our doors on our old house so when I saw them show up in the morning (on time might I add) I knew I was in good hands. There was a couple hiccups but in the end the guys were able to help us out and put in a request for warranty right away (nothing major thankfully - just some screens that the paint rubbed off in transport). The ladies in the office are also wonderful. I can honestly say this is my go to company for anything windows and doors.

Both installers were excellent and quick,and cleaned up ,happy with the window installation although it would need to be clear whether they just install or do they fix up any wood rot they find before installing window.

We ordered 7 windows to be installed and they were ready in 14 weeks and the installers were very experienced and the lead installer Michel answered any questions I had very professionally and showed me how the windows came apart easily to be cleaned they cleaned all the mess up and on the front windows he had to adapt a little so the caps would look right but did a great job without any issues he knew what to do thanks guys . .

Professional courteous and reasonably priced. Representative explained everything and no surprises. Workmen meticulously installed and cleaned up work area.
