    Great door, great people

    Chris was a most helpful and quick responding resource as we went through options for a new door for our century home. The installation crew did quality work and cleaned up diligently upon completion. The final product looks great!

    Installation of windows

    Daniel is very professional. Well informed about Windows and very assuring in the product of the windows that hes sold us at a reasonable price. Great job will definitely recommend Daniel.

    Installation Nightmare

    We've had a terrible experience with Nordik, and we want you to know so you won't suffer from dealing with the miserable communication at this company. We had a good experience with the salesperson, who was professional and courteous, and who has maintained good communication with us. But the first installation of our two windows was a disaster. The installation team sent a completely incompetent installer, who did a disastrous job. The flashing and caulking was particularly miserable. The installation manager who came by said that he couldn't believe how terrible the work was. We've now waited months for a second installation team. The service office at Nordik received the notes from the installation manager, read them off to us on the phone, and then...sent someone who had different notes and was unprepared and unable to do the job. Now we get to reschedule. Now we get to wait months for what will likely be more awful service. The service tech who came here today not only said that our job is likely a total remove and reinstall. He also let us know that communication at Nordik is shockingly bad: he regularly encounters irate and unhappy customers and receives the wrong information before service calls. Save yourself the headache: go with anyone else in the GTA.

    Very poor installation and ineffective customer service. AVOID Nordik Windows and Doors!

    Front door was installed on April 20, 2023. The installer damaged our vinyl siding/surround and when I pointed this out, he stated "I cannot do anything about that". In addition the caulking looked horrible as it was expanding out of the frame. We immediately reported these issues to the installation department with photos and they said they will schedule the inspection for repair. This was not done and we had to follow up with them to arrange the appointment for inspection, which was scheduled for May 16, 2023. The inspector agreed that the work was not acceptable and said he would submit an order for the repair parts and schedule a date to do the repairs. It is now June 13, 2023 and we have yet to get the repairs done. We have contacted the service department 4 times and get the same response - "we have no E.T.A. on the order". I have asked them to follow up on the order and continually get told that the person who does this is not available. Or, I have been transferred to the individual only to be informed that I am the 9th caller in line. I have yet to speak to anyone at Nordik that is actually willing to complete the repair. The Nordik warrantly is absolutely useless as they have no intention of ever repairing the damage done to our front entrance. We paid alot of money and they damaged our property. I would strongly recommend that this company be avoided!!!!

    Great windows and custom door

    Great products and excellent service from the salesperson and the installers. The custom door and installation went off without a hitch (we were expecting problems because of the age of the house). The windows look beautiful and work amazing. Communication from Nordik was great. The order was delivered on time and installed without disruption to our lives. We are very pleased.

    Seven Windows by Nordik in Newmarket

    I am very pleased with the work of Nordik did replacing seven windows in my home. From Peter's thorough explanation of the options and rebate programs, to Elchin and his crew's craftwork and attention to detail, everything went smoothly, was done quickly, and it all looks great. I would recommend them to others.

    Windows installation

    We are super happy about the quality of the windows, price points and the integrity of everyone involved - Chuck, Steve and great workmanship of Alex and his team of installers. The office staff kept us well informed with regards to installation dates and what to expect. We highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors if you are in the market, you won't be disappointed.
