    Door Replacement

    We were looking to replace all 3 doors in our house because they just weren't keeping the cold out anymore. I was looking for something different, something to make a statement. I found Nordik Windows and Doors. Mark, the sales consultant came to our house and went over all the features of a Nordik door. We were sold. While the doors were being made, we were kept up to date of their progress. The doors have just recently been installed and we can't be happier. The crew that came to install the doors were professional and worked very efficiently. Would highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors.

    Very satisfied!

    From quote stage to installation and follow up, Nordic and their service are top notch. We recently had our doors replaced and about a year and a half ago, all of our windows. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Nordik.

    New Windows

    Nidal came to quite...was super friendly and really knew his stuff...I knew right away we were going to book with them....the price was great as well making it a no brainer....the installers were quick and neat, tidied up before leaving and showed me how everything worked. The communication from the office was great keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Very Happy!!

    Great Products

    Had a few companies in to quote a bow window and two doors. Nordik came in at half the price which made me a little nervous but I couldnt pass up the savings, now that everything is installed Im blown away with Nordik. The quality so far is shockingly good.

    2 Months Plus After Install and Still Awaiting to be HAPPY with my Purchase

    Customer Service is useless. I had my 5 windows replaced and I am NOT satisfied. Two of the interior frames are damaged, the outside of all window trims are uneven, gaps exposed, not flush. All of the screens allow tiny flying outdoor bugs inside as there are spaces between the frames and screens. Its almost as if the frames warped before they reached me. The one window doesnt close properly and therefore no good. I shouldnt have to strain my shoulder in attempt to close something with force that isnt how the others are. There were two screens with damage. Replacements were ordered, I had to wait nearly a month for them to arrive. I went to the office in person to see what was the problem. The two new screens were there. I had an inspection by the supervisor of install who brought the two screens to install only to find that one of them. was ordered for a different room. Its been a month since this inspection and no update received by phone or email about replacement frames, the correct screen required or the findings of their inspection.

    Window and door full replacement entire home

    Nightmare , The pictures tell the Full Truth. Nordik has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning in 2021 to halfway through 2023 and still fighting to resolve our leaking windows, damaged windows, damaged home damaged and leaking doors, sawdust in the middle pane of a window, We were told by a Highup sales manager, that we unfortunately got stuck in the crossfire as the company grew too quickly! Not sure what kind of response that was to our concerns, but did not give us any comfort! We chose to wait and give them the benefit of the doubt to make things right but its been over two years. We have been patient enough. We are allowed in May 2023 for a final service visit as we were promised everything would be done, and we could end this nightmare, butinstead. $$$$$ more damage to our home! Its NOT WORTH the STRESS and we also lost the opportunity to receive the Government Grant as Nordik took too long to get it right ! 27+ days we have given them to do work in our home every time more damage happens! Every window in our home leaked from the very beginning after installation the installation team was a nightmare zero respect for our home or us every other visit moving forward we keeping assured that this is the last nothing seems to be getting done right which is confusing considering the windows were measured and made by Nordik if theres a defect or damage they should be able to just remake the parts, not keep measuring and taking everything apart only to find out its not fitting! They have attempted five times each time taking my window apart to find out that the new measurement and the new glass does not fit but it is stressful and just watching our heat. Leave the house during the winter months and AC in the summer months for two years and counting , which was the whole point of replacing our windows in the first place! Anyways, somehow they keep blocking my reviews from Google not sure how but figured I would try a different route as I wish to God I saw some of these reviews and did at our homework before we signed up! The stress is NOT WORTH IT!

    Windows

    Installed one window upside down now have to come back and fix! Scratched the frame and seal broken. Have a service on 24th Hopefully all goes well!

    Great windows and doors

    Love our new windows and doors from Nordik. Great to work with too! The installers were great. Very professional and efficient. They even noticed a couple of the screens were a bit too tight, so they reordered for the entire house.

    Horrific experience with Nordik- avoid at all costs

    Im not even sure where to begin. Perhaps it was the 3 delays which started off the experience on the wrong foot or the salesperson who disappeared out of thin air once the sale was locked in yet we still had questions. Things got really bad the day they came to install, two our our windows were measured incorrectly. Rather than ordering new ones that fit in the casing they ripped out all trim in the bay window to make it fit, leaving us with damaged interior for months. They should have measured before installing and ordered us a new window. Finally the 3rd installer came months later to fix all the deficiencies and rather than reinstall our wood trim they put metal siding in which we said if that was the case, we would be seeking compensation. Not only that but the work that happened with the incorrect window sizes resulted in our contractor taking over 10 hours to fix the issues the installer could not taking hims away from our basement reno. When sending nordik an invoice from all work done from our contractor and fact that they screwed up hugely and did not restore window trim they offered us 300 credit off final billing final offer or we will send this to collections if not receiving payment in 2 days. They are rude, have horrible business practices and do not use bully tactics on customers. We have consulted our lawyer and it feels petty and small of them to not take ownership of their mistakes. They refuse to compensate us for our contractor nor restore the trim. They have recently let us know they will not be corresponding anymore with us snd will proceed to collections. How can you go to collections when a case is not even closed? Their final offer was horrific and unfair. Save yourself your time, money and sanity. Nordik is a nightmare to deal with.

    Nightmare Installation

    The installation was a nightmare. The installers made a huge mess that we were left to clean up. On top of that, one window was short moulding. They came back a week later, but that moulding didn't fit either. I'm now 3 months from my installation date and we still have a window missing the moulding. I would not recommend this company.
