I cannot say enough about the team at Nordik! Peter, our sales rep was so professional and knowledgeable about their product, didn't push replacements on you if you didn't need or not in your budget, he understood and listened to what we wanted. He offered suggestions and we couldn't be happier! Annette in the office was fantastic! Very quick to respond to my emails, helped us in every way! So friendly, so professional! Then our installation team of Zoran and another gentleman. They were so professional, courteous, so polite and worked together so well! I was home during the installation and observed how well those two worked together. I had to tell them to take a lunch break! for which they ate a sandwich and got back at work! No lazing around for those two! Excellent workers!!! They cleaned up everything afterward, not a scrap of anything left on my property. Very, very courteous! Thank you again! The Nordik windows have a huge difference in quality and it's clearly evident just from the look and feel. The window has more glass and much thinner frame compared to others. Peter the salesman was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our concerns . Mike and his team were my installers from Nordik. They did a very good job installing windows and house siding. They were very responsive with my requests, answered all the questions and the installation work was excellent. The team cleaned up both indoors and outdoors once finished. I had my patio door replaced and could not be happier with the new door. The installation technician was exemplary, working efficiently to remove and dispose of the old door and he cleaned up the entire workspace both inside and out. He made sure I knew how to operate the door before he left and was extremely polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing their doors or windows in future.Answer from pro:

I have ordered some new windows to be installed in our home later this year. The company is very responsive and professional and easy to deal with when from the front line to the back end. I received several quotes from a number of other manufacturers and I believe their Revocell System of solid core frames offers the best quality for the price.Answer from pro:

The installers were nice and friendly. Cleaned up like they weren't even there. Professional. The sales person Barry was very knowledgeable and professional. The windows we ordered are 3 pane. Installed with the wrong hardware so the windows slide down and squeal. Some locks you can't lock or open and are set too close to the glass and scrape the glass opening and closing. The insulation is coming out of the window. The siding is chipped around the door. Still waiting for this to be rectified. We have not heard from the company on how this will be handled. Front start to finish, Nordik was very good. From the salesman who discussed our needs to the outstanding installer (Larry) Nordik was second to none. My only concern is the the actually glass area of the window is somewhat diminished in their units. This poses a problem for standard sized coveringsAnswer from pro:
