Your door was ordered and installed to the exact specifications outlined on your signed purchase agreement. Upon completion and learning that it was not to your satisfaction we scheduled and successfully completed a follow up appointment two weeks later to change the colour at no additional cost to you. Yes, it is true that your patio door was unfortunately lost leading to us having to reorder a new one from scratch. This did cause a 3 month delay and your patio door was successfully installed in March. While it is our hope that you have 25 years or more with no product or installation issues, we remain at your service for the entirety of the warranty period should you ever require our assistance or follow up service.
