    Excited about getting new doors fro Nordik!

    Rachel at Nordik helped us pick the perfect new doors to enhance our century home and gave us a great price. We cant wait for them to arrive.

    door and window replacement

    Good communication throughout the process. Installers did a good job. Showed up on time and cleaned up after completing the installation. The only issue was the 7 month wait which might be attributed to covid problems. I don't know if supply chain issues are getting back to normal. The door and window (which was an odd shape) seem to be good quality. Overall, it was a smooth process.

    Replace 8 windows and 1 patio door

    We placed the order on January 23, 2023, and were advised that the delivery and installation would be in early May. Nordik exceeded that estimate and the windows were installed on March 7 and 8. We were very happy that the install was earlier than planned and are very satisfied with the windows. The patio door was the only issue. We had ordered the door so that it would be opened from right to the left "from the outside". The installers took out the old door and when they brought in the new door, we discovered that the opening was from the left to the right "from the outside". They had no choice to install the wrong door because the old one was gone. We held back payment for the new patio door and Nordik had to manufacture the correct door to be installed at a later date. It took about 1 month to get the new door installed. This was completed on April 3 and we are now completely satisfied with the end result. Nordik agreed that the error was theirs in the manufacturing phase. I would definitely recommend this Company and will use them again. This was the 3rd time we used them in the last 10 years.

    Window make and install

    Broken frame on 1 window. Need to have window frame replaced. Trade an (installer) took picture but has not submitted same to company.

    New Doors

    Amazing quality doors, very professional service, timely and clean. Definitely recommend them to others. Neighbours are already asking about our new doors.

    Windows and front door.

    The Nordik representative was very knowledgable and professional. Levi, was honest and readily available to answer questions and walk us through the process! To our delight, the installation of our windows happened much sooner than projected! The windows were installed by two gentle with exceptional skills and work ethic! We asked them to start with the upstair windows. They were happy to follow our request. Their work area was kept very clean. They used a drop cloth to protect my floors and kept their tools neat in a bucket that was wrapped to further protect my floors! I was very impressed with how they sealed my windows inside and out! They worked diligently in 31 and 32 degree weather. My door is scheduled to be installed next week. I will be requesting the outstanding workmanship of Rick and Jack!

    Installed 5 windows

    The office staff especially Annette that work for Nordik are a pleasure to deal with but the contractors are a hit and miss. I highly recommend Richard & Tyler the guys came in installed the windows beautifully and even did a fix job. I recommend this company but highly suggest request the right installer.

    Custom side door

    My custom side door installation went great. Tommy was informative, explaining things along the way, and the final product looks great and is way better quality than the previous door which was bleeding heat and falling apart.

    Horrible experience

    I ordered replacement windows for our rental property. The windows were installed but the correct colour flashing was brought. The installers said it would be replaced soon. We scheduled 3 different appointments over 5 months to correct the mistake but no one ever showed up. This involved numerous calls( often waiting 15-20 minutes to talk to some one) and emails. I asked 4 times to speak to a supervisor and no one ever called. We finally hired another company to replace the correct colour flashing( to match the remaining windows on the house). I withheld money from the final payment until the flashing was fixed. The cost for the new contractor equaled this amount. Now Nordik is threatening all kinds of legal action including placing a lien on the house for the final payment when they never even finished the work. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company at all means!
