    Door installation

    Nice installation! Good service. They even took the time to show me that my roof was leaking above the door.

    2 front windows replaced

    Excellent service right from booking to install. No problems at all. Al the sale representative was great took the time and showed us everything. Tracey in the office was great we were able to schedule according to our schedules. Install guys were great, cleaned up all mess. We would highly recommend this company

    Window Upgrade

    Upgrading leaky 30 year old vinyl windows. Stephanie was knowledgeable and presented some good alternatives for window replacement

    Window replacement

    Excellent experience. Levi was very professional and provided a thorough estimate with no surprises. He made us feel comfortable and walked us through the entire process. Justin and Josh the installation team were personable and informative. Very impressed with the work and clean up

    Front Entrance Door Upgrade

    Nordik came in and replaced our door without any issues whatsoever. The professionalism of their installers is as good as I have seen in over 30 years in construction. We literally did not haver to clean anything nor were any touchups required. We absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing doors or windows.

    Execution delays beyond reason

    I placed an order for replacement windows for the second level of my house. The installation crew came out in August 2022 as agreed but missed getting one window ( brought a wrong size ) a moulding for an Arch window. They brought one of the windows with frosted glass where that was not required. It took them SIX whole months to finally complete the job. That was after several followup calls, technician coming out to measure and remeasure on multiple occasions, bring the same Frosted glass out for replacement. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. A very disappointing experience.

    Patio Doors

    We contacted Nordik Windows &Doors to get an estimate on patio doors. We had a great experience from beginning to end. At that time 2 years ago our sales rep was Ryan. He was super knowledgeable, professional, helpful and provided us with an estimate. Our installers were professional as well, clean and did a fabulous job installing our patios doors. We were extremely happy with everything. Now a few years later we called back to get quotes for all our windows. Marcella and Marco Carvalho

    New Front Door

    I'm completely blown away at the level of professionalism and knowledge that the Sales Rep Chris displayed. He sat down at my kitchen table and took time to discus all of my options. He went at my speed and did not hurry any part of the conversation. He answered every question clearly and was happy to go over any ideas /thoughts that I had. He was extremely knowledgeable about every product and the entire installation process and provided me with all the steps. He understood my budget and was more then happy to provide me with cost savings tips to ensure that I would be happy with the end result.

    Full home window and door replacement

    We went with Nordik after reading many reviews and am sorry to have done so. The project was large and the front door and patio door go in next week. That being said this review is for the work to date. Install crew: (Mike) - no respect for the house. My house was filthy in mud as no drop cloths were put down on the second day. Every window was ripped out literally as the photos will show and the drywall with it. Ive done windows in our last home and nothing like this. Basement integral windows were left with 1 gaps on top and after hours on the phone the crew came back and put a bead of silicone. I asked for spray foam and was told no. The basement is now a freezer and I honestly regret replacing the 30 year old windows. The soffit was removed to get windows in on the front of the home and wasnt put back properly. The amount of debris left on the roof after install and on driveway and grass is despicable. How do you leave someones property that way? The windows were left dirty and my one request to remove the exterior stickers was answered with they will come off in the wind. Well its been three weeks and those stickers are all still on. How am I to remove them from the second and third level windows?! For 40k I expected a proper install and that definitely hasnt been the case. Rooms that were warm are now cold and you can hear everything outside. This has been a disaster and a disappointment. Giovanni was a pleasant salesperson to deal with however the install crew not as much.
