    3 Section Double Hung Full Frame Window

    We had this unit installed in 2020 and I was very impressed with the installation and the window itself. In the winter of 2023 we had winds of over 100 KPH and I went upstairs to check out the windows for infiltration. It was amazing how little air was coming in through these windows. Like I said in 2020, the measurements were so accurate I was able to re-install the 90 year old casings in the same location. Well done Nordik

    Installation was a Nightmare

    The sales team is great at doing their job and selling you the product. Installation was a nightmare and to get service back to fix cracked windows, broken screens, damaged caused by the installers you will be waiting months. Managers are never around or never return a phone call. They make appointments to come fix things and never show up.

    Bad window installation and still waiting for repairs and terrible customer service..Not a good experience.

    Window/Door problems - 5 YEARS not complete

    I purchased all new windows & doors in November 2017. The first installation was February 2018. As of today, 5 years later, I still have unfinished issues. The arched glass above my living room window has never been correct. It was supposed to finally be replaced today & I got a call it is yet again broken. This will be about the 6th broken glass. The glass that is currently in place is also cracked. Another 4-5 other times the window was the wrong size & did not fit the opening or it was poor workmanship. My front door, after about a year, severely warped in the upper left corner. So badly you can see the light shine through from outside. This is my 3rd winter having to stuff around the door opening to keep the cold out. One tech said it was installed not level but the service manager confirmed it is warped. Still no response from this company on when I will get a replacement door. Garage door. After about a year the molding around the door warped & turned a greenish color. Technician came to replace part of the molding & did not even make sure the screws fastened to the wood frame. All of it fell off the next day & I had to attach it myself. Careless work and dropped screws all over my driveway. Service Manager came to look at the job & even pulled a piece off himself. He assured me that this trim was in stock & he would get it replaced immediately. That was in October. Haven't heard a word from him since, which is typical of what you get from this company. The sheer frustration, time lost to be home for endless service calls, countless conversations with service staff with no results. This is not a reputable company & they have no level of customer service & product that remotely resembles what is written on their website. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are far beyond unprofessional, careless & indifferent to the customer. When you call customer service to escalate issues, they won't give you the names of managers. They actually say they don't know their names.

    Window installation — awesome!

    Everything about the process went smoothly, from quote to measure to installation. Everyone was friendly and professional. Alexei and his team installed the window and cleaned up in under 3 hours and did a fantastic job!

    Sliding glass doors

    The product is exactly what we ordered and looks great installed. Quality is what we expected. Installers were clean and efficient and left the job site with very little clean up on our part.

    Front door

    Very pleased with the door. A bit of a longer wait than promised however dealing with covid at the time. Didnt receive indoor trim with the initial install, however were fairly quick in resolving the issue. Service men were all friendly and professional.

    Worst experience by far

    This is my first time putting a negative review on a website and this is coming out of my regret not paying attention to other reviews prior to signing a contract. I had a positive experience with this company a few years back like many share on this page, but a complete nightmare this time around. We signed a contract with Nordik to replace three windows in the basement in the February of 2022. In April, they came to install the three windows. It turned out that only one of three was the correct size and specs. In May, another installation date was arranged, and at that time one of the two was good, the other still not the correct one. Between May and October, three more installation dates were arranged, and each time we had to make an arrangement to take time from work to stay home. Each time they failed to bring the correct window. For the October date, we reminded Nordik that it cannot be rescheduled. They agreed. On the day of installation, the installer again showed up with no window. I followed up by call and email, and no response. By this time, we had already paid for the amount of the two correct windows, and more, but not the full contract amount. They called twice between October to January to remind us of the final payment and we reminded them that we did not receive the windows we ordered. Jan 2023, we received an email indicating that we must pay within 48 hrs or they would send the bill to the collections, take us to court, etc. They said that we must pay in full before they would install the correct window! We complied out of fear and paid, and asked for an installation date. They then responded to say that they do not exchange windows in winter and someone will be in touch in March to arrange a date. After five failed attempts and no response and the full payment in their hand, I have not reason to believe they intend to complete the work. Again, I should have paid attention to other poor reviews on the website because they are so true!

    Don't Pay In Full Until They Finish!

    I have worked with Nordik Windows and Doors and although I was initially somewhat satisfied with their installation their absolute lack of service and professionalism has completely left me in disbelief. It appears that as soon as they have your money they no longer care about you as a customer. I had my windows installed in May of 2022 and write this review in February of 2023. They were supposed to come and finish some minor deficiencies and replace some screens that were defective. They have scheduled, rescheduled and not shown up so many times by now that I will be looking to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I would also advise that any future customers DO NOT PAY IN FULL until all work is complete.
