    3 New Basement Windows

    Bought 3 new windows for our basement. It came to $2,900 with the install. They came to measure an ensure they had the correct sizes which is important considering the old age of our home, there are often irregular dimensions. The installers came and completed the job in less than 3 hours. Everything was left clean, they were respectful from beginning to end and the quality of work was great. The entire Nordik team was great. They followed up with phone calls to ensure I was satisfied, they called beforehand to ensure the install time still worked and they followed up en route to make sure I was home. Each person I dealt with at this company was the model of perfect customer service and I wouldn't recommend my friends/family to anyone else. Great price, great quality product and great service - can't be beat.

    Window and sliding glass door replacement

    I ordered windows and 2 sliding glass doors in July and they were ready by October. We went through 4 proposed installation dates between October and January 25 which were cancelled at the last minute by Nordik. We tried again for January 25 and Alex and his 2 co-workers arrived just after 8 am to do the work. They worked hard all day long including laying protective cloth runners for the floors. Luckily, the snow held off until the afternoon and they got the whole job done by 6 pm. The heat was off so the house got down to 6C but no frozen pipes. We did some final cleaning. The house is warmer and brighter, a good outcome.

    Excellent customer service from initial quote to the installation. Very happy with our new doors.

    Windows and Sliding doors

    Giuliano sent me and email with a video of himself explaining who he is which helped because now a days you never know what could happen when your letting someone into your home. He was very knowledgable and explained the product to us and the process. He understood our situation and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this company again especially with Giuliano!

    Warranty Repair

    Nordik purchased the company that sold us our replacement windows (QSI). I had an operator fail on one of my awning windows which was under warranty. Nordik honored the warranty and, after a wait of several months for parts, replaced the defective part. The service person was prompt, pleasant and efficient in performing the work.

    Very disorganized company

    Made us take two days off work for a job that took less than 1. The install was a week ago and we still do not have an invoice for the work completed. The amount they are asking for has changed multiple times and they want us to pay without an invoice. Nordik is refusing to supply an invoice and threatening to take us to court. What are they trying to hide?

    Windows and garden door

    We received a few quotes on replacing some windows and garden doors but the Nordik product was superior and offered the best value. Rachel our representative offered great service, she was honest about her competitors acknowledging their strengths and weaknesses. In the end she offered the best advice without any pressure sales techniques. We believe we made the best choice and are now are anxious to see how Nordik will complete the installation and product support. Given the our recent experience we anticipate it to be very positive.

    Bathroom window

    The installers were great. Very competent at their different jobs. apologized for being late as the previous job was more complicated than anticipated.

    Windows installed

    Nenos and his crew did an amazing job, have few windows pending would want to have them back for the remaining job. Very clean job, they knew what they were doing.

    windows

    quality of windows not good. window installation substandard. not impressed at all. glue all over windows from factory. windows hard to open and noisy locks rub on glass. window capping substandard
