    Great exterior door replacement

    All interactions were professional and pleasant. The initial call back was quick, Nidal was very helpful with the door design, and Larry did a great job on the install. The door looks and works great.

    New Front Doors

    The installers were very friendly and professional with installing my new front doors for my house. They made sure my porch and property was cleaned up and the took away my old doors and frame. They went the extra mile in assisting me in retrieving and installing the wires for my doorbell and alarm system. Great guys!

    Nordic Window Repair

    We had a window blow out in a storm. Nordic sent a serviceman to repair it. It was covered under warranty. The serviceman Haig was prompt, worked efficiently, was courteous, and friendly. We are very satisfied with the work that he and the company he represents did for us. Jim

    Main door

    A breeze of air comes in through the screws of the door knob handle, we didnt notice in the summer or fall, but in winter is very noticeable. The service technician that came noticed and agreed that that is not right, and was told by the head office, that all doors are like that, that nothing else can be done., I was told to call my sales representative, to see if changing the whole handle set, makes a difference. Im really disappointed.

    Front Door Purchase & Install

    Trying to buy a new front door for our place turned out to be more difficult than I would have thought...after many initial meetings and quotes from different door companies, I finally found Nordik, and they were knowledgeable and great to work with. Miguel was very helpful, and knew what he was doing on the sales end. Although there was a delay due to supply chain issues, we finally got the door delivered and installed. Michael and his crew showed up, took out old door, and installed new one in under 3 hours. Everything was done professionally with care. New door looks great. Would totally recommend NORDIK Windows & Doors to anyone looking for either of these...

    Window replacement & installation

    Waiting 7 months for a piece of plastic trim that holds the window in place. Getting nowhere with this company. Window condensating & wind blowing inside.

    Service

    We had a new door installed with Nordik. Love the door! Needed a minor service call. Haig came out. Very courteous and efficient. The service call was done on time and I was very pleased. Customer service and sales people were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

    Window Replacement

    We replaced all the original windows in our home with new Nordik windows in 2009. Over the last couple of years, we started noticing that a few of the windows were getting foggy. I contacted the Nordik office and they promptly got back to me. They sent their technician to look at our windows. The technician confirmed that it was a broken seal that is causing the fogging issue. He took the window measurements and told us he will order the replacement windows. Later, I received a call from Nordik's customer service and they confirmed that our windows would be replaced under warranty at NO cost to me. I respect and appreciate this company because it stands by its products and they are happy to replace the windows that are turning foggy or opaque due to the seal failure. The best experience in the whole process was with their service technician EDGAR. He is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, professional, sincere, hardworking, patient and a great example of what 'beyond expectations' customer service looks like! I have requested to have Edgar come back to complete the pending work on the other windows.
