    Happy with our new basement windows!

    We contacted Nordik for an estimate on replacing our three basement windows. We used the online appointment scheduler and received a call right away to confirm the appointment to provide a free estimate. Chris came out and reviewed our existing windows, asked us all the necessary questions to confirm the details and price for the new windows. He was very professional and provided us with different pricing options. He set our expectations of when the installation would be done. The installation was done on schedule and we appreciated the emails and calls from the installation coordinators updating us on the date. The installation team were very professional telling us what they were doing and made sure that our floor and rug were covered so that there was no mess or damage done. The installation didn't take long and the windows look great! We are very happy with the product and the service, thank you to the entire team at Nordik!

    Worst service ever given thought it’s a Canadian company I thought the service would’ve been way bet

    We purchased four windows, and only three was delivered, and they did not have the measures inside of them still waiting on the measures and the fourth window to be delivered and installation was not done properly. Looks like something I did myself.

    Screen Repair

    Vlad came by to repair our screen. He was able to make a some adjustments to make it square. He was friendly, worked quickly and the screen looks great now. He did a fantastic job.

    New Windows

    We were Very satisfied with the yellow-truck installation crew who worked carefully & rapidly, and removed old windows and all work-related materials. A couple of odd piece shortage such as one window-opening handle and a few pieces of siding, were reported by the installation team leader to the customer, and were followed-up and installed as promised, without customer involvement. The new windows provide clearly reduced outside-sound, and because of the early January 2023 mild weather it is too early to assess or comment on home-Insulation-impact. Assistance by Nordik Windows and Doors with the process of application for Government Grant was much appreciated, for both the documented guidance and facilitation of approved-inspection-benchmarking before installation.     Horrible door Installation

    In 2020 I placed an order with Nordik to replace all of my windows and my front door. There were major delays with the process - but this was related to COVID, so totally understandable. The window installation was seamless and quick and they look beautiful. The door installation however has been a joke from day one. The team that came to install the door - INSTALLED THE HARDWARE BACKWARDS and only when I asked about it, did they fix it but tried to patch up with tar/glue. After I called Nordik to report this, they came to inspect and had to replace the entire door and schedule another install. After this visit - they have had to return on more than one occasion to fix my trim and re-calk the outside as it was really messy. This took months to fix....and it took me to call several times to get the job done. Due to all of the above, I held off on paying the last portion of the bill. Winter is now here - and there is a crazy draft coming from under the door frame, there is black tar/glue on my hardwood floors - I have recorded this and sent to the team at Nordik - only to be sent an e-mail that they are waiting for me to pay the final 2% that I owe them? And now they have threatened me with sending the remaining balance to a collections agency!!!!! I paid over $12K to them already and this is not sitting right with me, hence me having to come to Social Media to get some attention around this matter.

    Mid century remodel

    Amazing process from sale to installation! Very professional experience and we love our windows! They were patient and worked with us to find us exactly what we wanted. Clean installation, they were very respectful of our home.

    Patio Door Supply/Install

    Nenos arrived on time. Performed the work in a very clean, tidy and efficient manner. Overall he did a really fanatic job on the patio install. Door looks great! Appreciate the great work Nenos.

    Great doors

    great service from Chris and the installation team. Firedoor is perfect, exactly what we wanted. installation went without a hitch. Recently ordered garden doors and are certain that this will be the same great experience

    Windows and doors upgraded

    Just wanna say thank you so much for a great work! Nordik technician done an absolute A's work on installing my windows and door. Specially to West and his co worker .     window replacement

    In Sept 2019 had windows installed and two were wrong and replaced Oct. 2019. In Jan. 2021 and Sept.2021 and Jan. 7th 2022 we had a service call to place glass stops back in position. Sept. 15 2022 another service call re glass stops and after inspection of window noticed some movement on right hand side which he said was not installed properly. Upon trying to hammer in the glass stops her broke the glass diagonally. A new glass was to be ordered on his return to office buy when I called Sept. 27th nothing had been done. A new glass was going to be ordered and put on a rush and call me with install date. I called Sept. 30, Oct. 6th and Oct. 7th. On Oct. 7th I was given a date of Nov. 25th for the install and at the same time the glass stops would be fixed again as I noticed they were coming away from the window since last visit Sept. 29th. On Nov. 14 Nordik called to let us know that the parts were in and the new install date would be Dec. 19th. After I posted a negative review about them the date was changed to Dec. 5th. On Dec. 5th the install was cancelled as they could not find the parts. Dec. 14th I called and was told that they now cannot put in glass in winter. On Dec. 15th a service person arrived with some weatherstripping for an inside window which we knew nothing about and it was for a slider not a bay window . After inspecting the window he recommended putting in new glass with new sash as sash had not been put in correctly. Also there is air coming in on bottom corners of window. Oh and the glass blocks are still coming away from windows. I have had 3 service people tell me different things wrong with the window and nothing has been fixed. And just try to communicate with Nordik as they are very bad at getting you information and returning calls when they say they will.
