    Windows and door installation

    Recently had our windows and door installed by Nordic and I was impressed by their overall professionalism and attention to detail. Nidal was very informative and helpful in our selections and Ginos install crew were absolutely amazing!! No detail was too small. Gino and his crew were very knowledgeable and the workmanship was superb!! I was so impressed by this crews work ethics that I insisted on having them back for my door install. Thank you!

    Entry door

    These are some of the comments I received when I shared a picture of my door. "Stunning" "Absolutely love it" "Worth every cent! It looks awesome" "Looks really good" :Beautiful" and list goes on. Nordik kept me up to date frequently. The installation guys were amazing. Wish you guys wre into garage doors.

    Windows and Patio door Install

    Reviewed and compared product online, very satisfied with the Windows and Patio Door, they look great. Installers, Alex and Crew where fantastic in every way.

    New front door

    We chose a lovely new front door from Nordik. Salesman was good to deal with. Knew his products. We liked that the product is Canadian made. The installation was done beautifully and although we had to wait some time for the door tone produced the wait was worth it.

    Door installed

    A great company. The door wasnt right and it was corrected right away. The installers did a wonderful job customer services were so helpful in assuring me that the date & time was good. The guys called shortly before they came. The clean up was great.

    Nightmare

    Took almost a year to have the job complete. Windows and doors look good, but it took too long. We also had numerous last minute cancelled install dates and a couple of no-shows. Good thing I work from home and did not need to take time off of work. Annoying to constantly move furniture and remove window coverings for no work to get done. Installers were great. Communication within the company is lacking.

    Window Repair to sealed unit

    Service technicians Vlad and Haig were polite and efficient, explained the process and work was completed in about an hour, they cleaned up afterwards and answered my questions about the repair.

    Front door purchase and installation

    We purchased a front door from Nordik. Unfortunately we noticed that there were 2 small scratches on the door once the installation was completed. The marks were probably due to the strapping during transportation and not installation. Anyhow, I contacted Nordik the same day and they called me 30mins later to discuss the issue. A service technician came to our place the following week and they agreed to remake the door at no extra cost to us. Prompt and efficient service.

    Terrible Service

    First off the windows and doors are beautiful but the service was terrible. Many different service teams came out to install the windows and doors so it was done in piece work. Ive had service calls when nobody would show up and I would waste my day waiting for them. The appointments were not in the system even though I got email confirmations saying they were coming up. Waiting for a service appointment takes a month. The apathetic girl that answers the phone really care and is sorry. Ive wasted another day (Dec 19) waiting for Nordik and since they arent coming, I have to wait until February to have my problem fixed, which is the inability to use my front door as the door will not lock properly. I do not recommend Nordik because when there is a problem that needs addressing, their service is unreliable.

    Very happy initial consultation and sale

    Stephanie was great. She anticipated our questions and concerns and was always eager to help us understand the process and looked for ways for us to save money. We are looking forward to our installation in the spring.
