    Worst company I have ever dealt with.

    It has been two years, I am still waiting for the job to be completed and for reimbursement on shutters that the installers broke. The customer service has been horrendous, and for the most part any staff I've dealt with that had any sense of customer service and the best installers have all left the company in the past two years. That in itself speaks volumes.

    Window and Door Installation

    I was extremely disappointed in Nordik Windows and their Customer Service. The Sales Person Emma was great but after we signed up it went downhill from there. Windows were scheduled for Apr 22 and were advised it would take one day - skip to July and that is when it was finished. The workmanship was sloppy and I had written to the Customer Service Dep't 4 times and my husband talked to them a fair amount of time and nothing was done - no apology was received and no financial compensation was given. They basically ignored us. I would never recommend Nordik as I am sorry I have trusted them with my business.

    New Front Window

    Team Mike was awesome. Showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Very friendly & worked diligently. I would recommend Nordik. Go Blue Jays!

    Windows and doors

    The sales person was easy to speak to and created a sense of trust. The windows and patio door arrived earlier than expected and the work Frank and Fred did installing them was quite something to witness! They sure are great workers! They had to remove trim without damaging it and they did it! I was so impressed! Thank you both! Loving my new windows and patio door and look forward to the new front doors when they get installed! Update Dec 2/22 - my beautiful new front door was installed today and it completely changes the feeling of my entry way which was so dark! With the exception of a window repair that is still outstanding Im thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service and products I received from Nordik. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

    Custom front door replacement

    We were pleased with the customer service from the moment we met Emma our sales rep. She clearly knew the product and was amazing at suggesting options for hardware etc. This continued with the installers who were very pleasant, tidy and efficient. The end product of our beautiful doors was beyond our expectations. We love them so much! And finally, Emma dropped by to take some pictures and make sure we were happy. We love Nordik!!

    Faulty windows, doors and workmanship

    My dealings with Nordik are by far the worst experience I've had with my home renovations. The day of my window installation, one of my windows was missing. I received multiple explanations/excuses for it. Also, the windows that were installed had different locks, one had a damaged frame, the hardware on one of the doors was faulty and it was installed crooked, and there were exterior workmanship issues. I was told that everything would be fixed and completed. I had to follow up multiple times to secure an inspection date and a subsequent work date. There was a complete lack of communication within the Nordik customer service team. A repair person was eventually scheduled after several weeks of waiting. He showed up with no idea of the repair issues that he needed to address. He did not have enough time to do what was needed. I had to follow up again with Nordik to reschedule another repair visit. Thankfully I held back 13% of my final payment as I did not trust Nordik to address all of the deficiencies, and I did not trust the quality of their products or workmanship. I continue to have issues with my windows. Two windows do not open properly, one does not fully lock, and the door hardware is still faulty. Nordik is not interested in addressing these issues. Rather, they are hounding me for this 13% holdback and refusing to deliver their warranty.

    Entrance door

    Skylar is a good find for doors windows. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

    Bought a new front door 3 years ago - wont give me my money back.

    I have been waiting 3 years for a front door. I have paid for most of it. There have been 2 attempts at installation. The first time the installer refused to do the install because he was afraid he would damage the floorboards. The second time the door arrived damaged. I have been unable to speak to anyone who could help and when I ask to speak to someone in a position they take my number and never call back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
