We're not sure which order or installation this is referring to but it is never a guarantee that blinds or shades will fit new replacement windows as they were made to fit your previous windows. https://nordik.com/blog/one-tree-planted-partnership .

We understand you had a different expectation for how the window would be finished, unfortunately this expectation was not what was ordered and is also not a style or service that we offer. We apologize and are sorry to hear that the mason was anything less than friendly and professional while at your home.
