I was looking to get a few quotes to replace 2 windows. One company had a minimum of 3 windows, another had a minimum $3k job. A third, one of the big players, did book an appt. I even received both an email and a phone call the day prior to confirm. They never showed and never contacted me or responded to me.
Nordik told me no job too small. So I booked an appt with them. Katiely was my rep. She gave me all the facts, the costs, the payment schedules and was not pushy at all. Everyone from the get go has been pleasant to deal with. The time frame was 5 months but I was pleasantly surprised when the installation was 2 months after the order. Katiely was in the area the day of so she even stopped by to see how things were going.
There was an error with the frosting on one of the windows but Nordik has been on the ball with their communication and the panes are scheduled to be replaced within the next couple of weeks.
My house is very old and the walls are not level, making the finishing around the windows challenging for the installers. They were making sure that the windows were level both vertically and horizontally using lasers. Where the new window would start flush with the wall on one corner ends up not flush at all at the other corner. There was already over 1/4 inch of caulkng to fill gaps behind sections of the old frames to start with. The windows themselves look great. I wasn't going to ask them to install the windows crooked to match the crooked walls.... so I have to accept the imperfections.
Given that I practically didn't have any options to choose from due to the small scale job, I'm happy with the service that I've received so far from Nordik. My new windows are a great improvement, I am very happy with them.
