    Replacement of a garden door

    Top notch people to deal with from the Salesman (Nidal) to the Installer (Chris). The new door was a perfect fit, unlike the previous company, and the attention to detail on the installation finishing was spot on.

    Replacement Windows

    Thank you so very much Levi for the time and care you took explaining Nordik Windows & Doors products and services, your thoroughness answering all of my questions while presenting each option, and doing all of this in such a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful way.     Window purchase & install

    Start to finish, was a great experience and the pricing was competitive. Skylar who did the quote was very friendly and professional. Larry who did the installation was excellent!

    Don’t do it

    The windows are extremely cheap quality. The installers rushed and didnt complete the job. Apparently the wrong size windows were ordered. They were scheduled for two days of installation of 8 windows. After installing 3 they said they wont be back. The screens were ripped the edges were sharp, the windows dont fit, they dont slide smoothly and the aluminum trim outside was a mess. I phoned the company the following day and couldnt get in touch with anyone. No one contacted me. There is no direct line to contact anyone and you wait on hold for at least 10 each call. Had to explain the situation every time I phoned even though I was assured they were taking care of it. This was just the beginning it got much worse. The response to my homestars review was the fastest Ive got a response from the company to date. So take my advice and do not use this company.

    90 per cent of windows in home replaced in 2 installations

    Great installation. But service sucks. problems with kitchen window, unable to close lock, a safety/security issue, and one window squeals when opening. Called today, told it would be 6 weeks for a service appointment. 6 weeks???? You call that service??? Unacceptable. Don Moffat 905 719-1705 Don

    Window replacement

    From the quoting process through installation and tweaking, we were very happy with Nordik staff. They were very friendly and courteous, timely with providing the quote, as well as the installation, which was completed prior to the projected date. There was a small warranty issue, as well as some tweaking required, which was completed very quickly. We are very happy with our new windows, and would definitely recommend Nordik.

    Excellent staff ,exceptional installation ,our salesman Chuck ,absolute best in the bus ,no pressure and very very knowledgeable and helpful . Highly recommend this company ..

    Windows

    Nordik recently made and installed windows in our home. We love the windows. These windows have all the characteristics of style, beauty, insulation and durability. These windows are much more effecient and easy to operate. Nordic windows can open up to a 90 degree and are easy to open and close. Furthurmore, the support of the product is commendable. Service Persons are knowledgable, prompt and effecient like "Nalvin" who recently installed some trims on a half-moon-shaped window. We are extremely happy with the 'Products' and the 'Support' we have received to date. James Parshad

    Windows

    Received quote for new windows throughout my home. Guiliano was great. He explained all about his product and gave recommendations. It was nice to have him sit with us and give us the quote on the spot. Looking forward to having the work done. I am beyond happy with the installation of my Nordik windows. The crew that installed my windows worked hard and were meticulous in their clean-up on both days. They answered my questions and did their job with precision. Thank you for making this installation a pleasant experience.
