Reply created 19 May 2022Hi Dave, we completely understand your frustrations with your experience and thank you for your patience and understanding during the entire process. Your formal complaint had no impact on our commitment to delivering on all of the contracted items. If anything our commitment to deliver on our contract is what prolonged the experience further and for this we apologize. There were, at times, internal discussions on whether the easiest solution would be to give up and cancel the order and that probably would have been the easiest in many ways. Do we think your experience was acceptable? No we do not. Did we delivery on all 14 contracted windows? Yes we did. It is our sincere hope that your experience is not repeated in the future by our other customers and it is also our hope now that your installations are completed you can move forward and begin to enjoy your home again and the improved comfort and energy savings that your new windows will provide.
