    Happy with everything

    Great working with Levi. He was attentive and followed up. Quotes included drawings which were useful in product selection. Pandemic hit and we had to wait like everyone else. The installers were prompt, tidy and very skilled. Mt thanks to Jeremy. I am completely satisfied

    Main door replacement

    Overall my door replacement was good. Quality of door is amazing. Installation , corking was good. But silicon job was not satisfied. We have to redo. JACOB J

    main door and window replacement

    We needed to have a few windows replaced as well as wanting a new, more modern door. Rick was fantastic! Highly professional and well equipped to answer all our questions. He worked with us to get the best for our budget! I am so thrilled with the designs he came up with and cannot wait for the finished product! Thank you Richard and Nordik Windows!!

    Stay Away From this company

    If I would write all the issues we had with this company, I would need to write a novel. Their windows come delivered in back of a cube van, no rapping, scratched and or not working. Their service managers change every other day, likely because they are constantly getting bombarded with customer complaints and are constantly leaving the company. Almost every window, has an issue or mechanical problem, and my bill is approx. $70,000, this is not a discount service, you should expect more when paying this amount. They have been working on my house for 1 year. They are constantly remaking windows and then deliver them and find our that they are the wrong size or they made they wrong windows. My wife Sandra Tosti, has been working with a bunch of their service managers for over a year, with zero resolution at this point. We are contemplating legal assistance and action, as we are now moving into the house, and are windows are still not working.

    Front door and windows

    Fantastic service, professional and fast! Super impressed with the installation especially very very tidy,quick have had no problems at all with the product extremely pleased I am looking to buy some more!!

    Door and Window Replacement

    Shout out to the sales and scheduling staff for great support. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been extremely approachable and helpful.     patio door replacement, window replacement.

    Sales Rep was friendly and honest and provided me with very good information on their company and their products and their warranty. Installation was on time, done timely, done for the most correctly, had one small issue with the window but they came back right away and corrected it and fixed my screen that came off the track and off the door (not their fault, ours). Excellent service and called them again as I now need my entry door replaced.

    window replacement

    25 yr old windows needed replacing, got some quotes. liked Stephanie and Nordik windows the best. more expensive than others, but better warranties

    Extreme Delay and unkind service

    I placed an order for a patio door on 5th August 2021. The Delivery was to be done in Nov 2021. They came for the installation end Jan 2022 with the wrong door. New date given was end April 2022. I called today and the replay is tentative date is July 2022. Do not work with this company they have no respect for their customers and customer service is horrible.
