    Door Installation

    Nordik has been good to work with. Our installer Chris was fantastic. We had a small issue after the install and Chris came back and was able to quickly fix it. Installers are polite and professional. Would recommend them.

    Product and customer service

    Great product and unbelievable follow up and customer service spent all the time needed to get me what I needed and walked thru all the procedures from start to finish!

    12 Window replacements

    The installation team, Ika, Nika and Dima came to install our 12 windows over 2 separate install dates. Both time these guys were wonderful. Courteous, clean and so friendly. They did an amazing job. They went the extra mile. We love the windows and have now ordered another 8 windows. We have asked to ensure we have Ika and team again!

    Windows and Doors

    We ordered 12 windows and 3 doors. 10 of the windows were installed yesterday. The installation crew were a team of four Mongolians with only one with good English. We ended up with a good, not perfect, install as I had to stay on top of them all day to ensure insulation and caulking was up to my standard (code). I had to get them to re-install two windows that when I checked them they were not level. Fortunately they had not been permanately installed. The lack of English was a real issue and if I had not been there or not watching every step the result would have been different. Four of our screens also had some brown in the frame and were not all white but that should be an easy fix when I contact the service department. It was a rainy day yesterday and in spite of the tarps we have quite a mud mess outside and in our front entrance but they did clean up our main floor and basement reasonably well.

    Window Replacement

    Nordik was outstanding! Our Service Representative Ashley was awesome. She really listened, was very knowledgable and very responsive. She assisted in ensuring we had everything we needed to participate in the Energy Star Program and checked in regularly to ensure all was going well. Our installers, Zoro and Peint were amazing, they never stopped working even in a snow storm. The windows look beautiful and many neighbours have commented on how great they look. I am very happy with Nordik and would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again. Sincerely, J. Stansfield

    Window Installation

    I met with Katiely from Nordik Windows & Doors today and she was extremely polite, professional and sociable, and gave us the very best offer she could. I have been dealing with Nordik now for a while having windows & doors installed and have been very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone.

    The Nordik Experience

    Expect lots of dust and some drywall damage as windows on 2nd floor are removed from within vs removed from exterior. Installers didn't test windows for opening. service to return and fix most not opening easily. Windows exterior capping/glass was not cleaned after install, left for home owner. installers/CS reps were great! 8/10 overall. Pricing was good, great warranty! Windows were in ER rating for rebates.

    Custom exterior door

    We ordered a custom size door for our old house. We are very pleased with the door it fit perfectly and the sound of it shutting is music to my ears. Such good quality. Thank you to Vid who did an excellent job installing the door and the new handle we had purchased separately. He cleaned up the mess and hauled the old door and debris away with him.

    Window replacement

    I needed a single window replaced. Most companies won't look at small jobs like this one. This company was responsive, clear and professional. From their sales representative to the installer this company was consistently at the high end of performance. They communicate clearly and often so there is no confusion. A 25 year warranty was a great bonus and the window now installed is air tight and functions well. Thank you Nordik!

    5 Window Replacement

    Had the final 5 windows replaced. The guys that installed them were quick, did a really good job and cleaned up afterwards. They were professional and used their masks at all times. I recommended them to a neighbour.
