    Windows and Doors Retrofit on my home

    Nordik replaced my existing windows (10) and exterior doors (3). I am very happy with the quality of the windows and doors and the service throughout including dealing with the sales representative, the installers and customer care people. Nordik is a very professional and well run company.

    Front door replacement

    Ordered a replacement front door in April 2021 and I am still waiting for the job to be complete. Door was delayed 4 months without notice. I had to call to find out. Installation happened in February by a crew who butchered the job. Door not square, nails protruding through the frame and spray foam insulation leaking through the caulking, broke my floor. I had to hire a carpenter to fix their mess. They were also missing pieces so they could finish. I have been waiting over two months and no word on when the missing pieces will be delivered and installed. 12 months later I still dont have a finished door. Actual door is good quality but everything else was terrible.

    very bad company

    the doors are not level windows have various defects after various complaints and L...s from the operators in October I received an email that within 6 months everything would be fixed 7 months from the email no news

    Windows and Patio Door Installation.

    I have done much work around the house with different contractors, but Nordik is by far the best professional crew I have come across, very neat work and on-time delivery. If there are delays they will inform you via phone and follow it up with an email, which I have never seen so much professionalism. Also, I want to comment on the phone system that they have it's not the machines who answer the phone but rather a human who will always greet you on the phone. For my next main door project, I will be choosing Nordik for it.

    Nordik- new sliding doors

    Great experience with Andrew from Nordik. He was very kind and helpful! He explained how the process works very well and answered all of our questions! We look forward to having our door installed! Would highly recommend to other people. 5/5 stars!

    Manipulative company

    I ordered a front door from Nordik on July 2021 and the company promised the door to be installed by October 2021, October passed they never installed the door nor informed me about any delays. Then I acalled the company and the gave excuses after excuses. They finally told me they won't be able to change my door before May 2022. And when I asked for refund they refused to refund my money.

    Window and door replacement

    We needed our windows and doors replaced for the entire house. Nordik was first company we contacted and after a month long meetings with multiple other companies we came to realize that Nordik was the most qualified and best value for our hard earned money. We are going to receive largest possible rebate also by choosing Nordik windows since their windows are the most efficient windows in the market today. So it really is a win-win situation! Our Nordik windows representative Daniel came in time and he is the most knowledgeable, polite,non-pushy sales person we have ever met. Daniel offered his advice without these pushy sales tactics most company reps use. We already got an appointment for final measurements and we are happily waiting for our new window and door installation date. Posting more after with pictures.

    living room window upgrade

    Completely Disorganized and Disfunctional

    Ordered my front door in March 2021, it didn't arrive until September 2021. No updates provided along the way as requested. Installation and lack of service has been very alarming. Without question, the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. Door was installed crooked, wouldn't close. It took 3 weeks for that to be rectified. Also, the door arrived damaged in more than 6 different areas. The company has been aware of the damage since September, however they refuse to answer any calls or emails to schedule service. It is now March 24, 2022. Over 6 months waiting for repairs with no communication is totally unacceptable. I am at a loss as their Barrie office isn't even open, so it is impossible to talk to or see any company representitive. I would not recommend this company, any new consumers are taking a huge risk.

    Fantastic new front door!

    I had a fantastic experience with Nordik windows and doors. Andrew helped me pick a gorgeous new front door, very clean and simple, and his quote was spot on, no extra charges throughout the process. Installation was easy and seamless and I love my new front door. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
