    Awesome service and a high quality product

    While there was a supply chain issue with the arrival of my new door, I could not be happier with the quality of installation an the door itself. My windows were delivered with professionalism as well. 'Ill go back to Nordik for more home needs when it is time for the next update!

    Window Replacement

    Overall great experience with Nordik. Our new windows are great and we had immediate improvement in aesthetics, drafts and opening/closing. Install was efficient with minimal disruption even during a day of wild winter weather. We have received many compliments on the windows from neighbours and are pleased with the final result. Certainly we had to wait due to Covid delays but we would definitely recommend Nordik to family and friends.

    Back entry door installation

    Due to COVID, there was an annoying delay in acquiring the necessary components for this installation. However, eventually everything came together, and before I knew it, they were done!! Took only a couple of hours to gut the old door frame, and install the new pre-hung door. Which, by the way, is of superior quality. They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I cannot give them enough stars. Will use their services again in the future.

    5 star experience

    From start to finish working with Meagan has been an absolute pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the products and their features, was efficient with our time, and made us feel confident in our purchase! Meagan went above and beyond, scheduling our quote on her own time to suit our availability. We couldn’t be more happy, and are so excited for a beautiful upgrade to our home from Nordik Windows and Doors!

    Kitchen windows

    Chuck from Nordik windows was the best. He knows his stuff. Was very informative, professional, and courteous. He was respectful of my needs and will be there if I have any questions

    Window replacement

    We had three separate contracts to replace six windows. The first and third were done very well; the second less so. The installers for the second set of windows arrived later in the day than they had promised and they apparently ran out of time. As a result the windows were not properly caulked and the screens have a gap. I have been in touch with the company several times and they have promised to send someone to look at the work that was done, but I have heard nothing. The windows were installed on 14 February, so it is now more than a month in which things have simply dragged on.

    replacement basement windows

    We had five basement windows replaced by Nordik. The whole process went very smoothly from the rep that came to take measurements to the coordinator that did the scheduling and contract to the technician that did the installation. They were upfront about supply chain issues, and the project ran on schedule. Everyone on our account was professional, friendly, and great to deal with!
