    Door Installation

    Great quality door, with professional installation. My wife and i really liked the end product, looks beautiful. I would give 5/5 but due to the 4 month delay i deducted one star. Its not the companies fault due to the pandemic but could have been better communicated as we were left in the dark not knowing. Overall though i would definitely recommend and as supply issues decline should be good for everyone going forward!

This is because updates really were few and far between for us too, but we definitely could have done a better job of touching base and letting you know that we were waiting on the product just like yourself. We're glad to hear that the finished product was well worth the wait and you can now enjoy your new door for at least the next 25 years and hopefully beyond.

    No Show #3 for window installation!

    I am sitting home again for the third time, having taken the day off of work to have my new window installed. Again, Nordik Windows and Doors has no-showed without notice. This window has nearly cost me more in lost work hours than I paid for it. I am beyond disappionted, angry, and frustrated! They are ignoring my requests to be moved onto Customer Service where I can begin to discuss compensation for this.

    Windows

    Good quality windows and installation , attention to detail. Courteous installers. It was straightforward to deal with the company, set up appointments etc.

    Don't use this company

    They rescheduled several times, used wrong caulking, brought wrong windows, damaged my floor and ultimately provided poor/worst customer service. I'd never use them. I'm a GC and I know what to expect. They failed to meet my minimum standards.

    Windows & Doors Renovation

    Andrew J. did a fantastic job with educating my husband and I about Nordik products. Andrew was extremely professional, thorough and provided great customer service. Highly recommendable experience to any one looking to renovate their windows and doors at a reasonable price.

    Windows and Doors

    Terrible experience. Major delays for products…very poor installation. Awful experience.. Not worth the time or stress. Do not go with Nordik.

    Window replacemts

    NORDIK windows were great! Consultation appt was made quickly, representative showed up on time. Windows were ready to be installed before the date originally quoted and service was very professional.

    New windows

    The installers arrived on time and worked late. They wore face masks while the worked inside. They made sure we were satisfied with thier work.

    New front door

    New front door and basement window install. Love the door colour. The guys were clean and professional. I would use Nordik again.

    Basement Window Replacement

    Nordik did a great job with my window replacement project. The team was professional, friendly and performed the project exactly as planned. I would definitely recommend Nordik to anyone for their window projects.
