Your concerns are valid, we had our technician at your home last week to assess the issue and we have ordered the replacement parts to correct this. We are sorry that it will take a couple of weeks to get the parts and that they are required in the first place. Please know that we are fully committed to fixing this issue and fully warrantying your Nordik windows for 25 years should you ever have any concerns with the products in the future.

This is, obviously, not the level of service we strive to provide our customers and we are sorry for continuing to let you down. Please know that we want the job to be finished just as much as you do, not because we want to part ways but because you hired us to do a job and we pride ourselves on our ability to follow through and provide exceptional products and installations for our customers. We have not lived up to our standards on your project thus far, but despite all of the set backs we will be sure to leave you with a finished product you are satisfied with and can enjoy for many many years.
