    Entry Doors

    Purchased new entry doors almost 6 months ago. We were told at purchase it would take 3 months for the doors to be ready and installed. We haven't heard from Nordik since purchase 6 months ago. Emailed sales rep several times with no response. Interesting how the sales rep ask you to complete a customer survey at purchase time and then ghost you after that.

    Door / window project

    Good project estimator Good communication technique Takes customer requests seriously. Flexible with pricing Estimator is prompt with timings so far.

    New Sliding glass door

    Very professional installers and good quality work. They had to do some custom Frame/Trim work to make the Standard size Sliding door fit the opening. They did an amazing job and it looks great.

    The product purchased exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent. Highly recommend Nordik for windows and Doors installations.

    full replacement of 12x windows and 2x doors

    satisfied w/ product (window/ 2x door), which so far is OK but it's only been a few months. very unsatisfied with company's service, communications & quality control. no follow up by email or phone. ordered dec 2020, still waiting for completion of job 13-14 months later. doors installed June 2021, windows Aug 2021, but missing bug screens. while pandemic supply chain issue can explain some of the delays, the real problem is communicating any delays and shortcomings. best example is installation of missing screens feb 07, 2022. not only is the paint wrong (white instead of black), the sizes are consistently wrong too. Nordik has the drawings of the windows, they manufactured and installed them already, how can they be so off?? and does nobody control the product before it goes out to client? complete lack of competence AND quality control. Nordik installer was speechless too, then took detailed dimensions and issued report. still waiting to hear back from Nordik customer service about screw-up on their end, an expedited delivery schedule (!!) and re-book appointment for final (????) installation!

    Great introduction to Nordik

    Levi is a great ambassador for your company. He was enthusiastic and informative without being pushy. He listened to what I said and offered appropriate solutions. Also he was patient with my overexcited dog… who clearly loved him.

    Front Door

    I am so pleased with my new craftsman style door! I was able to get a wider door with a full glass side light and eliminate the drafts caused by the old 30 year old door. I am pleased with how the installation was conducted and the follow up by customer service is impressive.

    Nordik windows - terrible quality

    BUYER BEWARE!! Do not use NORDIK windows at all costs. They’re product does not live up to its quality, and the customer service is non-existent. WINDOWS ARE LEAKING AIR TO OUTSIDE, CAUSING ICE AND FROST BUILD UP 9.5 months for installation, and now I have to deal with defective windows, multiple times! Nordik completely disappears, no communication, no update on fixing defective windows, until sales guy contacts us looking for approval to finalize financing. (No chance until situation is fixed) having my deposit is too much already. I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy.

    Windows installed do not close/lock.

    Had 5 windows installed on Monday. I submitted a list of 13 complaint items to them and called them EOD Monday. Very poor professionalism from the installers. Of the issues, the most concerning is that two of the windows do not close properly. They will not lock. One is not even square, the window hits the top and is off by 1/4 at the bottom. We have had to put wood in the windows to stop someone from breaking in. Cool air is coming in as they do not close all the way. I have had to call the salesman, whom says is trying to help. However, it is now Friday afternoon and we have had no one reach out to help.

    STAY AWAY!

    The product is great; however the customer service and efficiency of this company is TERRIBLE! We put in our order of 11 windows, 2 doors, and 3 sliding doors in April 2021...here is the timeline of this nonsense. July 2021 - Windows were installed, screens came scratched and the indoor trim replacement was incorrect (not the same style or size of trim, and some of our drywall was damaged). Aug. 2021 - Service ticket went in for trim and screens. Nov. 2021 - All doors were supposed to be installed. Out of 5 doors only 1 was correct. Our side door wasn't measured properly and was an inch too long, and the 3 sliding doors were white on the inside instead of the black that was ordered. We were then told that they didn't have a timeline for when the side door could be replaced, and they offered us $300 per sliding door to just keep them how they were. We refused, and were told it could be summer 2022 before we get them. Jan. 2022 - We finally got word about our service ticket for the trim, screens, and doors only because we threatened to write a poor review. All of a sudden the side door and service ticket was going to be done in Feb. and our sliding doors would be installed in May. Feb. 2022 - Side door was installed, however only 1 of the 9 screens that needed to be replaced fit properly, and the installers didn't have any material for the trim... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we've had a job supposed to be done on our house, it has been incomplete or wrong. We have talked to multiple people and keep getting pushed around; no one can really tell us what is going on and it's very disappointing as we THOUGHT we had chosen a great company. At this point, we just want to get these jobs done and part ways.
