    Great Job on a Basement Window Replacement

    Nordik Windows did a great job installing our basement window. Our sales rep Chris was friendly and informative and did a great job to help determine our window needs and Tommy did a quick, clean and professional job with the window install. Every person at Nordik that I spoke to were always friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Nordik for any window needs and would go back to them in the future when we replace our other windows.

    Window Replacement

    The window installers showed up on time and the entire time they were here they were courteous and friendly. The only issue we had were two of the windows were not available and it took us asking before we were told.

    Took a long time and one out of 11 windows was installed correctly after 3 years

    Absolute dissatisfied with the installation of the windows. The last installers they sent did know how to install windows correctly for sure; that’s why I give them a 2 star rating. We have now 11 windows installed after almost 3 years of work in progress. Only one window out of these is installed; actually reinstalled correctly. The rest of them are not in the center of the opening and it is very annoying to use the crank since it is about 25mm(1”) to low and you hit your knuckles easily when using the crank. You also can see that the frame is not in the center.

    window install

    The quality of the windows are great, they function and look good. The install was little rushed, and sloppy on one window. The trim around the windows could have been better. One window ( basement ) no trim installed, outside or inside, spray foam was sloppy and the caulking was awful job. Not sure id recommend them. The installers were not friendly. But the windows are great, don't get me wrong, it's all in the finish work this review.

    Windows

    We are replacing a large front window and basement window. They sent a representative quickly. Rick was personable and informative and provided all information we needed to make an informed decision. This was a big a purchase for us and we are very happy with the outcome. Rick provided suggestions and was patient with my never ending questions. Would highly recommend Nordik Windows! We will be back to finish the rest of our windows.

    Horrific experience, still waiting, nordik doesn’t care

    Company has great marketing, but fulfilment is in shambles. We put in our 20k order for all windows in our home plus one door. Ordering process was quick and easy. No communication from the company thereafter. Followed up repeatedly. Was told that the order had been put on hold, no explanation why. We were then given a run around. We get a call window installation would happen in December. Installers are 4 hrs late and show up without the main bay window. We asked office why and we’re told the window didn’t pass QA. But rather than contact us, to give us the option to reschedule the entire installation, they said nothing. So, in the midst of a worsening pandemic, in the middle of winter, we had to open our house TWICE to have all the windows installed. That’s the easy part. Now we are told the door - also placed in July 2021, will be delivered in July 2022. Excuse of shipping delays only go so far but this date is 7 months from now (and a full year from order date). Company not even remotely apologetic. Just very flippant “we’ll get to it when we get to it”. They say they do the manufacturing, but seems like there is no way for them to speed things up within their own business. I don’t believe that they really own the manufacturer. This delay seems excessive even by global shipping delay standards. No recourse to cancel or get our money back because “they already ordered all of the door components”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Front Door Entry

    Waited a long time for the door to arrive as a result of delays brought on by COVID, but happy it’s finally in! Converted a double door entry into a larger single door with two side lights and couldn’t be happier. The entry is so much brighter. The installers did a wonderful job installing it on January 11, arguably the coldest day of the year so far… ***** 5 Stars to the install team*****. Thank you Nordik!!

    Window and Door Project in the Guild

    I am replacing all the windows and a patio door. I got 4 quotes and decided to go with Nordik. Nordik window and door sales rep Andrew J, delivered on all cylinders. Product knowledge, trustworthy sales pitch, no made up numbers approach and asked a lot of question to help me pick the right product for my home. It was a home owner to home owner conversation. He is an industry professional that speaks no ill of the competition and have vast knowledge of the market situation and their business. I did my home work as a consumer and I had many questions and concerns. Andrew resolved a lot if not all of them during our consultation and follow up. Awesome guy to work with. Nordik is fortunate to have him on their team.

    Replaced all windows and patio doors

    Overall very please with the product. The installers were great and very professional. Only one mistake, that I and the sales man never caught on the work order. We both realized it was a mistake and it’s going to be rectified. Very happy with the product and service.

    New Patio Door and Window

    I was double booked with another customer for the install. I had already scheduled something else for the afternoon, but so did the other customer. When I heard how badly the other customer behaved, I agreed to reschedule my afternoon as I felt sorry for the installers. The install was very professional and wonderfully done. Scott and Misha were a pleasure to work with.
