The installers were very friendly and cleaned up very well after the work. They did a super job and I hope I can have them come back to install the door that I am still waiting for.

Sergi, Roger and Brian arrived in the morning checked out all the windows to be replaced. They laid out all the floor coverings and set to work...without pause. They were quiet, very professional and you could tell they way they worked they cared about doing an excellent job. The day was cold and blustery. There were windows upstairs and down and 2 bay windows in an older house....difficult to remove and put in. The crew worked right through until after 6 to finish the job. The cladding is done perfectly as is the trim and caulking. We appreciated their care and professionalism and know we will be happier and warmer this winter. A great crew and product. After due diligence in selecting a company we went with Nordik. Levi (The Window Guy) was great to deal with-- patient, available and efficient. The installation was done by a great team who were skilled and very very focused on getting the job done right. All went according to schedule. minor after installation touch ups were done very well also. We are very happy with our windows and our choice of companies for this important installation. Please do not book with this company. Their service is unacceptable. We are currently still in the middle of resolving the many many issues with them. We had booked the majority of our home windows along with patio and front door to be replaced this past June. Service of windows did not occur until September when the issues began. First wrong windows were ordered and installed due to the fact that the sales person, and measurements person, who comes back to get true measurements, do not seem to talk. This is a common concern throughout the whole process, no one in various departments seem to talk or know what is going on. Now because of the installation team we had, windows were put in incorrectly and damaged while being put in. No clean up or mats put down where they were working. Multiple attempts at having to try to get a service tech out to review the poor job, they cancelled same day, rescheduled, didn't show up. The amount of times I had to call the company is absurb as no one including my sales manager Jacob was getting back to me or attempting to resolve. Finally James came out to review, noting the damage, that the windows that open are not callibrated correctly. James did not own up to the fact there were major issues and said no windows will ever be perfect. With 20k on the line they very well should be. Oh I should point out they will not take ownership of a poor job, but will call you and email multiple times to follow up on payment. Now finally nov 15 we have a date booked to get some windows replaced, some couplers, sashes and a jam, and there is a mix up on office and installation side where only a few windows getting replaced not the full job being corrected as I was promised. So another day of me having to adjust to their schedules, cancel my plans, letting more people into the house during covid, more cleaning on my side because can I mention again they do bare minimum clean up, dust is everywhere, they use our bathroom, leave dust and hand prints on the windows they just installed AND I have to do all of this with a new baby. Do not book with this company. They are too busy to give quality work. Their voicemail is selling their low carbon footprint cars they will be driving... Why not take that money abd invest into better installers who know what they are doing. Why not take on an appropriate amount of customers at a time so that you can give them the quality and service you sell us on (jacob in sales... Watch out, they know how to sell). So to wrap up, they take no accountability, damage product, do not return phone calls or emails, reschedule, have installers come on site that have no work order, make you do all the work. I could give more issues and examples of course, but it would be a novel. Luckily I have only given them a deposit. They will not be getitng another dollar from me unfortunately. Again DO NOT BOOK. Save yourself the stress please. I regret so much booking with them. A couple of photos but when I tell you that every window has an issue, it would blow your mind!

Each piece was tailored for each application and pre-fabricated off-site at the Nordik manufacturing site. Once completed, each piece was delivered and installed on the same day. The installation people were respectful, prompt and thorough throughout the job. They cleaned up the work sites after each installation and quietly left with many thanks. I will contact this group again without hesitation.

Ordered May 5, 2021 told 16-18 weeks for installation (approx Sept) After many calls to them as they do not keep you informed and a write up on face book, which has been removed they finally magically found our door. Installation Nov 9 between 8 to 10, no show. Again many calls to find out if they were REALLY going to install our door since we have been up since 7:15 am waiting. The installation began at noon as they added a 2nd call in the same time slot that day to the same installers. How do you do that? Everything seemed to go well until 10:30 when we went to lock up and the door would not lock and the alarm contacts had not been put back on door and the other piece is hidden behind the trim they put up. My husband went down when install complete and said he remembered being shown the foot lock. Did the installers not check their work and make sure both locks worked. I called the office and left a message about the problems and that our house is not secure. 4:30 a.m. and I hear a big bank so I am up checking the house and do not feel safe. Luckily we are seniors so at some point I can go back to bed. Luckily I paid by cheque. I have removed the money from that account so they will get paid when they complete the job correctly.

Jacob was very responsive and knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the installation. I would highly recommend this company and Jacob as a sales rep.

After much research we landed on Nordik Windows. We did have a little glitch in that we lost our salesperson and our order was never placed. Nordik very quickly ordered the windows and we had them in 2 weeks. Munkhbat and his crew were fabulous. They installed the new windows respecting our home and were very clean and efficient. We have another set of windows to do plus 2 patio doors and we will definitely use Nordik again and request Munkhbat to be the installers. We love our new windows and all our neighbours do too! Thanks again Nordik.

Professional service and great quality product from start to finish. Old windows removed, new ones installed, very happy with the look and added light the windows bring in. The patio doors were installed later than planned due to supply chain delays but the weather has been in our favour! All snug and tucked in for winter! Thanks Nordik!
