We have made an appointment to resolve your concern with respect to the brickmold and door bell wires at the earliest available time. A new side door with the correct colour combination has been ordered and we are looking forward to installing this for you as soon as it is available. We fully stand by our products and warranty and we will be there for you when you need us. We hope your experience is a much more positive one from here on and again we apologize for all of the concerns you have brought to our attention.

We want to be certain that these are Nordik windows as we do not market any R8 windows and do not advertise or sell our windows using their R-value.
