    Extremely pleased. Highly recommend.

    Full disclosure. I'm the type of person that does a ridiculous amount of research before making what I consider a big decision such as replacing my windows. Sales Experience: I met with five window companies and at the end of the day Nordik was the only one I trusted. Chris (the Nordik rep) didn't use any high pressure, sign now or lose the discount tactics that the others did nor played any games with pricing. He took the time to understand what I wanted, what my budget was and what would be best for my home, both functionally and aesthetically. I asked him a million questions and he patiently and promptly responded right away. He gave me the same prompt attention even after the sale. Installation: Alex and his team were exceptional. They showed up on time, took care to lay down protection where they were working. They came with a large team and finished the entire home in one full day. Really good attention to detail. I live in a 111 year old home with plaster walls so they had to be more careful with the install. It went perfectly. Great work and great attention to detail and finishing touches. Of course, the outside of the house was a disaster removing century-old windows but they took great care and left the place free of any debris. Product: I went with their all casement Triple Pane RevoCell line. This window not only has one of the highest energy rating of any window I saw but I felt it provided a great balance of performance and value for the price. Very happy with how they look. Noticeable difference that the inside of my home is quieter with the triple pane. My old windows were on ropes so the bar was pretty low though :) Included a few pics of the windows. Warranty: I felt their warranty was also the best. 25yrs no hassle. No fine print. All of the other warranties I reviewed had pages of built-in legalese noting a ton of exceptions that would void coverage. I liked the simplicity of it. Summary: I highly recommend you consider Nordik. Cheers DA

    Product is good, but total lack of communication on a simple fix

    Sept 21/21 Hi Nordik Just waiting for response from the service call on Sept 1 Please advise if there is anything you can do? Asked numerous times for a drawing/image of my custom door —even supplied image to them (shown below). Wanted lower rectangle parts to be wider like image and received the other., which are smaller on a wide 42 door. Just a simple call back or discussion would have solved the issue —but it never came. Sales and production are not in sync. Received a service call to view but have had no response

    Continuous problems with windows

    Windows ordered in October, were installed April 2020, with two windows missing without notice, took numerous calls to ask about missing windows and missing screen for window, missing windows arrive about a month later but still no sign of the screen, after numerous calls again, screen arrived, started having issues with windows not closing properly, had to call for service technicians, some windows were not sealed properly from the outside and have some other issues, service technicians agreed that these issues needed to be taken care of, since then have tried calling to speak to the manager for over two months now and get the same run around he will call you on Monday and I never receive a call back. the only positive about this company is the service technicians Shawn and Al who were able to resolve the issues. Save yourself a headache and don't hire this company.

    Daniel just did a service call here. He was excellent. Got here on the right date and within the hours expected and did a great job. Repaired the window quickly and was polite and efficient! Well done! Thx

    Oversized Patio Door Installation

    We have had several windows and most recently an oversized patio door installed. The quality of the door was good, and the installation exceptional- Richard and Christopher understood that the esthetic of the standard finish supplied by Nordik was not consistent with the finishes in the room, so they went above and beyond to address the issue rather than leaving the issue to be resolved by Nordik customer service. Unfortunately the window installer in the past did not have the same etiquette and forced us to go through customer service - a review of the window install will be forthcoming. If you are fortunate enough to have Richard and Christopher install your products, you will surely be delighted ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Service

    Almost 3 weeks after my first post and yet another promise of parts and installation not delivered. We were again not contacted with an explanation or a cancellation of appointment since they did not have correct parts. (Third time now). Mo, you said yourself that you verified the parts were correct; You did not tell us the truth. So I am told, again, that I will have the correct parts in two weeks. We will see! I can think of no other company that requires full payment before the job is done! I can not stress enough “DONT DO IT”. They do not honour the contract nor do they care. I am tired. Ot being told the truth. I am tired of being pacified! BUYER BEWARE! Please read reviews and do your research before hiring a contractor. Nordik Windows and Doors you have missed out on a lot of referrals! Original post …… I cannot recommend Nordik windows and doors. We had the majority our windows replaced in March. Because of poor installation we had to have windows serviced. They did show up but couldn’t finish, took parts out of our windows and now we are into August and still waiting to have our parts returned and installation finished. They do not return calls and I am beyond frustrated. I feel once they have your money they don’t care about keeping you as a customer. I do not recommend Nordik as they are not finishing the job that they started at our home and we are now five months after initial installation began. A very very frustrated customer!!     New Windows

    nordic windows were a professional company to deal with from start to finish. Laura has great communication skills explained all options clearly to us. The timing and booking of the installation was smooth and done in a timely fashion. Ika and his team were very professional and efficient cleaning up well after installation of 15 windows and they were and they accommodated our specific requests. we are very pleased with all the work they did and world would highly recommend this company.

    Replaced windows in the whole house

    We are extremely happy with our new windows and the our total experience with Nordic Windows. Iteractions with the Sales representative (Laura), office staff over the phone and the installation team.....all were very pleasant. Laura' s input and perspective were very useful in helping us select the right windows. She was also patient and very positive with subsequent changes that we made. Office staff were very helpful in scheduling the installation. Finally installation team was very efficient in installing all windows and the finishing was excellent. Truly a great experience with a great Canadian company.

    Patio Door

    While tiling our kitchen we discovered that rot had set in the sub floor due to a leaky patio door. Luckily Nordic Windows & Doors came to our rescue. Ryan was knowledgeable in his recommendation and coordinated an urgent door install. The installation team arrived on time, was meticulous and absolutely brilliant. A job well done!

    Window and door Installation

    My experience with this company was amazing. Chris was so quick to respond to all my questions and concerns, he knew exactly what we wanted in terms of windows and doors. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The installation crew is outstanding the work that was completed looked professional, complete and clean. They are true craftsmen and they treated my home with respect and care. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank for all your help.
