    Bedroom windows

    Do not deal with this company. After 2 measurements by 2 different people both Windows were the wrong size. Both Windows 3 inches short height ,1 inch width Installers demolished old windows and frames before confirming new window sizes Installers had full intention of permanently installing until I took notice Windows re measured again only to be wrong second attempt on master bedroom Master bedroom window made to fit exact opening size when trying to install broke off corner of drywall Received phone call from nordik following morning expecting a I am sorry we screwed up again conversation but no they were demanding full payment seriously Sent install mngr couple days later to "shake me for the money" but once he witnessed the disaster house was in since MAY he left On third attempt last window was finally installed Windows order Jan 07, first install May 07 both Windows wrong size,2me install June 7 only one window fit, Aug 17 3rd install last window installed Since first attempt in May my exterior studs have been exposed to elements ,insect etc, scratched my exterior siding,broke inside drywall,left expanding insulation on bedroom walls did not chalk trim as per contract. Woke up this morning opened curtains and could not see through them due to moisture on glass. Nothing but a jOKE Now must hire a painter to redo our bedroom

You also made note of moisture on your windows, this is often a positive sign that your new high efficiency windows are doing their job of insulating your home.     Window replacement

    I you want fragmented communication, extremely long delays and no response to your inquires this is the company for you! Windows ordered in February , installed in May and all screens had to be replaced , after numerous phone calls, rude customer service, maintenance department which was accusatory and dismissive and sakes rep who did not communicate the process or delay, we are still waiting for 2 screens to be installed. Life time warranty at Nordik means you will pay on full for windows but wait a lifetime for them to be completely installed . STAY AWAY.

    Do not recommend!

    There were issues with time, design and installation. Patio door was made 4" narrower due to capping. The floor tiles were brocken during entrance door installation. No one is responding to inquiries about how issue will be solved. The warranty, in this case, looks like not going to be granted, if no one is responding to immediate issues. This is actually the main concern! Please stay away from this company! And now another problem! The patio door lock is not holding the door anymore! Just 2 months after installation! Shame! Please stay away!

    WINDOW

    Not very impressed with them...we were notified the window and door would arrive today. The window came but was told this We waited several months for these items. We were also told we could pay online through our bank but they would not provide the account the money was to be delivered. I had to write a cheque. The men who installed the window did an excellent job. Very pleasant and did a clean job.

    Windows

    The installers were very polite and efficient. Josh and Shawn did first two windows. Keith and Chad the large living room window. George came within a few days and replaced a screen that had been scratch. They cleaned up really well. All were very courteous and the windows are very nice. Thank you to everyone including office staff.

    Replacement windows

    A horror story ...in the hands of lawyer who has sent three letters without response.The audacity of this company is astounding .Replacement windows ordered Aug 7/2020...never installed .Asking for deposit of 1300 to be returned...as mentioned they are ignoring us.Will proceed to small claims court however long it takes.This company is above common decency and the law it seems.Buyer beware and do not pay cash for deposit...cc only. A response to this has been posted by Nordik which is their standard response to all their badly mishandled customers.They have had months to deal with their appalling handling and gross negligence ,zero service and a runaround staff who play games and argue every point. They are a company that proudly state , they DO NOT RETURN deposits under any circumstance even when they mess up badly.

    Windows replacement

    Installers Ben and John arrived on time, and started working right away. They answered all my questions, and worked diligently all day. They installed nine windows on two floors, and did a complete cleanup when finished. Am very happy with the job

    Window & Door Replacement

    Nordik quoted and replaced several windows and doors for us. The supplied products were good quality and the installation was done on time. The 2 man crew worked well and did a descent clean-up of the site when finished.

    Basement windows

    From the beginning getting a quote the customer service has been fantastic. The installers who showed up were professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

    Windows replaced

    We had a couple of damaged windows that needed to be addressed. Nordik windows were great to deal with. They provided a fair price for great quality windows. The crew that came to install them were tidy and professional, I am very pleased.
