We do not recommend Nordik Doors and Windows as they are very unprofessional and have extremely poor customer service. For our initial door installation they installed the wrong door in the wrong area, hence, had to be taken out and reinstalled creating a big mess. The doors were very poorly installed and fitted with the wrong hardware and trim. After we called on numerous occasions, a service tech finally came out and partially completed the work.
It has been nearly three months since the door installation and we are still waiting for the correct door hardware.
We also had an order for windows. The window installers were very rude and arrogant when asked questions about the window installation process.
Again after leaving numerous messages with Nordik front desk, managers and other associates who promised they would get back to us, never did to give us a timeframe for the correct hardware to be installed.
There seems to be a total disregard for our order and it appears that they have no interest in completing our order in a timely & professional manner. Finally after numerous calls, we have managed to get an appointment at month end for some one to rectify the door installation errors but no date as yet for the missing hardware (which is actually in stock at most hardware or box stores).
If customer service was truly a concern for this company, this issue would have been resolved in a professional manner a long time ago. Nordik Doors & Windows are such a disappointment that we would definitely not be using this company again and will file a similar report with the Better Business Bureau.
