    Windows

    Very careless in production line and installation. About four months I ordered but still the project is not finish. Supply was not in time, always missing one two items, need to attend for repair.

    New door

    Happy customers in Beamsville! Special thank-you to installer Keith for doing a great job with putting in our new door. He left the area nice and clean and was polite and professional. We love the new look! We have had a great experience with them from the salesman Chuck to window installer Doug and of course our door install with Keith. Highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors.

    Terrible office staff and lack of professionalism

    I had previously used this company (Beverly Hills Windows) many years ago, before they were bought by Nordik. Wow, what a change. Everything in the sales and pre-measuring process was fine. But then came instillation. My original installation appointment was between noon - 3pm on a Thursday. When the installer still hadn’t arrived by 2:45, I called the office and was told “he’s on his way, he’s just stuck in a bit of traffic.” No one showed up. Finally, at 4pm, I received a call from head office and was told “the installer put the windows in backwards (!!!!) at his morning job, and so had to remove them and re-install them.” I was told I could be booked for the following Thursday (one week later). I asked if I could get an earlier date, since I had been inconvenienced and it wasn’t my fault, so why should I have to wait an entire week for them to recover from their error. He told me there may be a morning appointment the next day (Friday) and he would call me back in 5 minutes. I never heard back from him. I called Friday morning to see what was happening. They said no one was coming that day (Friday) and no other date was booked for me. I explained my situation and asked for a morning appointment asap, since I didn’t want another afternoon appointment and have the same thing happen. She was able to book me in the following Tuesday. Then, on Monday afternoon, I got a call from the same person who called me the previous Thursday and told me the installer made an error, and was told the installer I had been assigned chose not to work the next morning and so he would be coming in the afternoon instead. I explained that this was not acceptable. Customers should not be inconvenienced because employees decide not to work. He then said something about me using that particular installer, as if I had specifically requested him, which I hadn’t. I explainer again that they needed to honour the commitment they had made to have someone install my windows the next morning. The installers did arrive Tuesday morning, and the installation seems to be fine (except that I had to ask the installers to wear masks when they were in the house - shouldn’t that be automatic these days?) To add to the final insult, when it was time to pay and I said I wanted to do e-transfer, I was told it had to be cheque or cash. However, the confirmation email stated quite clearly I could pay by cheque, cash, e-transfer or bank bill payment (it even gives instructions on how to set up the biller with your bank). The installer had to call the office to confirm if I could pay by e-transfer. The person on the phone grudgingly said I could pay by e-transfer “as an exception.” I explained that this shouldn’t be an exception as the email clearly said I could do so, but that wasn’t a hill I wanted to die on. So in short, I do not recommend this company at all. Their window quality might be fine, but their office staff are unprofessional and have no concept of customer service. And they aren’t even aware of their own policies, it seems.

    Door replacement

    The installer, Steve, went above and beyond the Call of Duty. He was wonderful. He had to do so much to get that door on the side light in. He spent all day working on it and it's fabulous I couldn't be happier

    New Windows

    Returned contact was almost immediate and a representative made their way to our home within a couple of days. Their arrival on the day was prompt. Jade (rep) had a mastery of the industry, was amiable to our concerns and sincere with her recommendations. Diverse, with a range of options presented, the decision to move forward under Jade was made confident. Fortunate to have found this group of professionals.

    BEWARE Main windows and basement windows

    The people who showed up to do my grandma's windows didnt even speak english so we were unable to communicate about anything, they broke a window. Scratched other windows, scratched paint on the walls. The basemennt window even when locked it opens. The screens have a gap around the frames for bugs to crawl in if you leave the windows open. Honestly the worst window company on the planet, lucky we were able to put a stop payment on the $5500 cheque and they only got away with $2000.

    Bay window install

    Cory and Dallas were polite, professional and fun to have doing the work. We shared a few funny moments. Tbeir work is top class and they made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

    Window Installation

    Fantastic from start to finish! Great job on our windows installed in our bedrooms and in our bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked fir more! Keep up the great work Nordik Windows and Doors!

    Front door replacement

    Very impressed with the workmanship and installation. So happy with our new door. The workers were very pleasant and professional. Thank you Nordik for making this a smooth process. I will definitely recommend Nordik doors. 10/10

    window replacement

    It took almost 30 appointments to finally get it right. The last service technicians (Ian and Daniel) went above and beyond what was on there service sheet to make sure I was happy. This company needs more staff like them!! Most of the technicians were really good. The front office and management were BRUTAL to deal with! After 3 years happy to finally be done with this company! I coach 5 teams a year and my wife tells everyone she is sitting with the horror story of this company. I am sure they have lost hundreds of clients because of this job.
