Nordik windows were great to deal with. We had 9 windows and a door installed and they did a great job and cleaned up everything. Alex and his team are very skilled. Great quality windows!

After 8 months of waiting and postpone the installation once, the service was completed. But the installers did a good job after arriving at my place on time and finish the same day.

Replaced 10 windows. Black outside, sad you can see the White trim inside. Need to paint the steel lintels black (one day) to match. Alex and team were great, very professional and as clean as could be considering they had to remove all the old window and trim. Job can be very dusty, be prepared! Screens seem a bit shotty, windows are a bit dirty, so I will have to clean them (one day) but over all, they seem ok. FYI, opted to do my own privacy window in powder room with a window film rather than going with nordik frosting the glass. Gives me more flexibility over the years. From all my estimates, they were middle range. overall - windows are ok (although, only been 3 days)

Where to begin...not responsive, didn't finish the job, don't return phone calls, wait an endless amount of time for repairs. Just look at the pictures. That is what they considered "job done". I have now called and left 22 messages with Nordik windows without a single call back. This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had. Run away from this company

We had several windows replaced by Nordik in April and May. There were several outstanding issues to be corrected after the original install visits including a damaged screen, poor caulking and dented capping around a large bay window. After repeated calls to Nordik to follow up on when these items would be addressed I was finally given a date of Aug 11th. On Aug 11th Ralph called to say he could come earlier than the original time if I was available which was great. Ralph was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He addressed and fixed every outstanding issue we had with a smile. I wish Ralph had done the original installs as I feel the job would have been done correctly the first time and we would have been spared several weeks of frustration. Ralph is a credit to your company.

This company does not seem to care about decent workmanship. We had every window in our house replaced as well as 2 sets of double entry doors. There were problems from the first install of the windows. One window was not sealed properly and 3 of the interior window trims had 1 inch gaps between the trim and the wall tile. The installer just filled it with cheap caulking that cracked the same day they left. We called our sales rep Peter and he never called us back. Once Peter gets your cheque you will never hear from him again even though he will tell you he will take care of you throughout the process. After numerous calls to the service department and no response we called the supervisor to discuss the matter. Subsequently a service technician came to the house and assessed the problems and told us someone else would need to come to make the repairs. We then had our two main entry doors installed. The installers broke two tiles in the floor at the doorway and proceeded to glue a tile back down with about a half a tube of exterior caulking. The nauseous fumes in the house were so strong that we had to remove the tile and scrape off all the caulking ourselves. Eventually another technician came to glue the tile down properly and we had to use our own grout and grout the tile ourselves. One of our windows is crooked at install and we were told that either they would order us a new window but due to backlog we would be lucky if we got it by September and that our other option was to "live with it". In total it has been 7 days of install and repairs over a period of 3 months to get the windows and doors replaced. The interior window trim is poorly installed with so much caulking and wood filler splattered on the nail holes and seams that it took us two days to sand the trim for preparation for paint. The one positive from this experience is that the ladies in the office that take calls, especially Trish were very responsive. However, once your call gets put through to someone in service, good luck getting a return call. It has been very frustrating to say the least to spend as much money as we did and then have such poor service. Based upon our experience I would not recommend this company to others. Spend your money elsewhere.

It was easy to make an appointment and quick to get an appointment. I had no issues with the warranty that I had on my door. Daniel was friendly and did the job very quickly.

Terrible workmanship on the finishes. Job isn't complete a week after installation. No customer support. Escalated to management and was promised a call back on Friday. No call! Being told ANOTHER 2 weeks before someone can come out! I have paid in full, they cashed my cheque 2 days after the installer was here. Nordik contracts out their installations. Buyer beware. Today is Thursday July 29th and I still have not hear from anyone at Nordik....... Aug 11th, they were suppose to come to fix their mess, but a no show!! Now another week, so I'm told. Update to come next week.
